Kitchen Nightmares' second season will continue to follow sharp-tongued Hell's Kitchen chef Gordon Ramsay as he travels across America and helps restaurants in crisis.

Fox renewed Kitchen Nightmares last October in the midst of the British import's first-season broadcast run.

Serving as the lead-in for Kitchen Nightmares in the Thursdays at 8PM ET/PT time slot this fall will be new episodes of The Moment of Truth, the game show that quizzes contestants about their personal life and uses a lie detector to determine if they're telling the truth.

The Moment of Truth will debut with a special two-hour episode on September 4.

In addition to Kitchen Nightmares and The Moment of Truth, Fox announced debut dates for four other unscripted series it previously announced as part of its Fall 2008 primetime programming lineup.

Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? will premiere Friday, September 5 at 8PM ET/PT; Cops will debut Saturday, September 6 at 8PM ET/PT; America's Most Wanted: America Fights Back will premiere Saturday, September 6 at 9PM ET/PT; and Don't Forget the Lyrics will debut Friday, September 12 at 9PM ET/PT.
