Fox has announced it has renewed Kitchen Nightmares for a third season.

Similar to its first two installments, Kitchen Nightmares' third season will continue to follow Hell's Kitchen star Gordon Ramsay as he travels across America and helps restaurants in crisis.

The British import's 21-episode first season aired in two parts -- with the first 10 episodes airing in Fall 2007 and the second 11 episodes airing in Fall 2008.

The show's second season premiered in January and currently airs Fridays at 9PM ET/PT on Fox.

Hell's Kitchen's seventh season will premiere with a two-hour episode on Thursday, June 7 at 8PM ET/PT and will continue to air two-hour episodes throughout its broadcast run.
