After news surfaced Tuesday the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is officially divorced from Lamar Odom, Kardashian made a much happier announcement.

Kardashian, 31, will be starring in her own prime-time talk show entitled Kocktails with Khloe on FYI network. According to FYI, the eight-episode series is slated to debut later this year.

"Can't wait to show you all what we have in store for the show," Kardashian captioned an Instagram selfie along with multiple wine glass and chicken emojis. "More to come soon!"

"I'm lucky that I've been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests," Kardashian said in a media statement. "Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can't wait to show my fans what we have in store on Kocktails with Khloe."

Although show specifics have yet to be revealed, Kocktails with Khloe will feature Kardashian meeting with celebrity guests and friends for dinner parties complete with conversation, cooking, pop culture and fun party games.

Kardashian and Odom wed in September 2009 but their marriage fell apart when he allegedly cheated on her and abused drugs. After filing for divorce from Odom in December 2013, Kardashian got involved with rapper French Montana from Spring 2014 to March of this year. She's reportedly been dating 25-year-old NBA star James Harden as of recently.
