Kim Kardashian will reportedly soon be shaking the moneymaker that made her famous on Dancing with the Stars.

Dancing with the Stars fifth-season celebrity champ Helio Castroneves was overheard backstage at the recently held ESPY Awards telling people that Kardashian would be competing as a seventh-season contestant on the ABC reality series, the New York Daily News reported Monday.

The 27-year-old socialite currently stars in E!'s Keeping up with the Kardashians reality series, which chronicles the entire Kardashian clan in their everyday life.  E! renewed Keeping up with the Kardashians for a third season earlier this month.

An X-rated video featuring Kardashian with her then boyfriend Ray J. hit the Internet early last year, causing her to file an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against porn production company Vivid Entertainment, which planned to release a DVD of the steamy footage.  Kardashian eventually reached a multimillion-dollar settlement with Vivid and the video was taken off the market.

Dancing with the Stars' seventh season is scheduled to premiere with a special two-hour performance episode on Monday, September 22 at 8PM ET/PT.

Former 'N Sync member Lance Bass is reportedly "locked and loaded" to appear as a seventh-season celebrity participant; while former Idol fifth-season finalist Kellie Pickler and even Idol judge Paula Abdul have also expressed interest.
