Three former hosts of the British kids' TV show "Blue Peter" want money from "Pop Idol" winner Will Young for using their bodies in his music video.

John Noakes, Peter Purves and Simon Groom are reportedly furious that Young's video for the song, "Who Am I?," has the singer's head superimposed on their bodies, the Mirror reported Monday.

Noakes, 72, who hosted the show from 1965 to 1978, said no one from Sony BMG asked his permission to use his body in the "creepy" video.

"It is normal practice for a production company to get permission from a third party before using such clips," he said. "It angered me somewhat that I had been robbed of both my identity and personality."

A representative for Noakes, Purves and Groom said talks are under way with the BBC, the record company and production company, which will lead "hopefully, to a satisfactory conclusion."

A spokesman for Young said the footage was cleared by the BBC and "we would never have wanted to upset anyone."
