FYI has announced it's ordered Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip, a new reality series starring the former Snooki & JWoww star as well as her husband Jionni LaValle as they begin a house flipping business along the Jersey Shore.

The series is slated to premiere in 2016 and production has already begun on eight one-hour episodes.

Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip will follow Polizzi, a self-declared interior design maven and entrepreneur; LaValle, a contractor and builder; their family and some close friends as they begin their first business venture of renovating and redesigning a home to flip and put back on the market for a profit.

The couple will struggle with daily challenges house flipping brings while raising two young children and juggling other work endeavors in the meantime. Polizzi and LaValle will put their own money on the line for their flipping projects.

"With spending so many summers growing up at the shore, and then finding love there with Jionni, we couldn't think of a more perfect place to start our business together," Polizzi, a former Jersey Shore star, said in a statement.

"Jionni has always wanted to flip houses, and with my love for interior design and do-it-yourself crafts, this project is a dream come true. We are excited to bring our passions to television and can't wait for our fans to see us on this new journey."

FYI executive Gena McCarthy said the network is excited to partner with the reality TV pair.

"With Nicole's crafty and creative ideas and Jionni's background as a contractor and builder, this series combines renovation, design, and family comedy in a unique docu-series approach to the home makeover genre," McCarthy added in the statement.

Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip is being produced by eOne and executive produced by Polizzi, LaValle, McCarthy, John Morayniss, Tara Long, Mark Herwick, Antranig Balian, Cameron Kadison, James Bolosh and Lauren Wohl.
