The 30-year-old musician had been behind bars since his arrest two weeks ago for allegedly threatening staff at a Walgreen's pharmacy in Attleboro, Mass., then stealing six bottles of prescription painkillers.
He has been charged with armed robbery for the incident, which took place before his band was set to open for Soundgarden at the Comcast Center in Mansfield.
The Boston Herald said Todd was released early Monday after someone posted bail for him.
The newspaper said it was unclear who bailed him out of jail.
Todd has been replaced for the rest of his band's concert tour, the Herald said.
