Elizabeth Loveday, 38, of Hampton was sentenced to pay $321.13 restitution for the victim's medical costs and undergo anger management therapy after she pleaded no contest to two counts of simple assault and a count of violating a protective order, the Portsmouth (N.H.) Herald reported Wednesday.
Under the plea agreement, the charges will be dismissed if Loveday behaves herself for one year.
Loveday was accused of shouting "I'll kill you" at her ex-husband while leaving a courthouse meeting room in July. She then swung at the mediator and bit her on the forearm. Police said the incident was recorded by security cameras.
