The 33-year-old said in an Instagram post Monday that she's been "dating" herself following her split from her former husband, Hank Baskett.

"Been dating myself lately. Getting to know myself and even falling in love," Wilkinson captioned a smiling, sunlit selfie.

"Love and happiness is real without waiting on someone or something to do it for you. Been taking a lot of patience, empathy, and discipline.... well, except with the [expletive] I flipped off on the road the other day..." she jokingly added.

Wilkinson shared the same photo and a similar message on Twitter.

"Life is too beautiful and precious to wait for someone or something to 'make' you smile. Getting this dating myself thing down," she wrote.

Wilkinson filed for divorce from Baskett in April after nearly nine years of marriage.

She told fans in October she had "signed her last divorce paper" after fighting to save her marriage "til the last second."
