Kelly Osbourne will be the first guest host on the U.S. chat show, "The Talk," when she fills in for her mom, regular co-host Sharon Osbourne, CBS said.

The younger Osbourne is to appear Wednesday through Friday on "The Talk," alongside co-hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.

"While Sharon hits the road for 'America's Got Talent' auditions, daughter Kelly will keep her mother's seat warm," CBS said in a news release Tuesday.

"Among the guests that she and 'The Talk' co-hosts will welcome are actress Jane Leeves and former professional boxer Laila Ali on Wednesday; actresses Camryn Manheim and Catherine Bell on Thursday; and actress Anne Heche and television personality Nene Leakes on Friday."
