The 25-year-old "Teen Mom 2" star was granted visitation rights to 7-year-old Jace, while mom Barbara Evans will maintain primary custody, the Brunswick Country Clerk of Court told Radar Online.

Evans said in an interview with E! News that she will have Jace on weekends, holidays and during summers. She previously had no court-mandated visitation rights.

"I'm not restricted to when my mom says I can have my son anymore, and at the moment that's all I care about," Evans said. "[I] just want to spend time with my son. He will be home one day, but today wasn't the day, sadly."

"I'm really happy we could come to a decision for Jace but it doesn't change my feelings towards my mom," she confessed. "She still isn't giving up my son to me but I will fight again in the future when the time is right."

"I'm happy but devastated at the same time that I didn't take it to trial. But in the world of Jenelle, you learn to pick and choose your battles," the star said.

Evans gave Barbara primary custody of Jace in 2011.

She shares Jace with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, and is also mom to 2-year-old son Kaiser with ex-fiance Nathan Griffith and 4-month-old daughter Ensley with fiance David Eason.
