Bravo had announced was developing a new reality series starring the former The Apprentice: Martha Stewart runner-up in October.

According to Frankel, the new series will not affect her participation in The Real Housewives of New York City's upcoming third season.

"The rumors about me not being on Housewives are false. You're stuck with me," she wrote after reports that she would be leaving The Real Housewives midseason surfaced.

The Real Housewives of New York City's third season will premiere on March 4 -- with Frankel, LuAnn de Lesseps, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer and Jill Zarin all returning and Sonja Morgan and Jennifer Gilbert joining the show's cast.

Frankel got engaged to boyfriend Jason Hoppy -- whom she began dating in December 2008 -- in October and confirmed she is pregnant with her first child shortly afterward.

The couple plans to marry before the baby's birth but has not announced a wedding date yet.

Bethenny's Getting Married? is being produced by Shed Media U.S..
