Anna Nicole Smith tops Blackwell's worst dressed list

Zap2It.com reports that Anna Nicole Smith can't catch a break. First, the E! series that chronicles her life landed on a host of TV critics' worst-of-2002 lists. Now, the former Guess? jeans model and Playboy centerfold has been deemed the worst-dressed famous person on the planet by fashion critic and former designer Mr. Blackwell.

Blackwell had this to say of the star of "The Anna Nicole Show": "Anna's fashion follies are the worst of the year/Don't bother with a new designer Anna, just hire a structural engineer."

Others on Blackwell's worst-dressed list include Kelly Osbourne ("a fright-wigged baby doll" ), Meg Ryan, Britain's Princess Anne, Cameron Diaz ("dressed by a colorblind circus clown" ), singers Pink and Shakira, author Anne Rice and designer Donatella Versace.
