90 Day Fiance featured Jasmine preparing for her move to the United States as well as the introduction of three new couples -- Ashley and Manuel, Sophie and Robert, and Nikki and Justin -- during the Season 10 premiere episode that aired Sunday night on TLC.

Gino, a 52-year-old from Michigan, and Jasmine, a 36-year-old from Panama, are starring on 90 Day Fiance's tenth season after previously appearing on Season 5 and Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.

90 Day Fiance viewers last saw Gino leaving Panama and returning home to the United States after getting re-engaged to Jasmine.

Despite their frequent fighting, Gino applied for the K-1 visa, and they were forced to live apart until it's approval.

The brand new couples starring on 90 Day Fiance include Sophie, a 23-year-old from the United Kingdom, and Robert, a 32-year-old from California; Manuel, a 34-year-old from Ecuador, and Ashley, a 31-year-old from New York; and Justin, a 36-year-old from Moldova, and Nikki, a 47-year-old from New Jersey.

The other three couples -- who have yet to be introduced -- are Nick, a 30-year-old from Australia, and Devin, a 23-year-old from Arkansas; Anali, a 26-year-old from Peru, and Clayton, a 29-year-old from Kentucky; and Citra, a 26-year-old from Indonesia, and Sam, a 30-year-old from Missouri.

90 Day Fiance features Americans who have fallen in love with foreigners bringing their fiances to the United States on K-1 visas.

However, once the couple is in America together, the American must marry their overseas partner within the 90-day period allowed by the visa or the foreigner has to return to his or her home country.

"These long-distance, international couples go the distance as they navigate cultural differences, discover surprising personality traits, and process lingering tensions brought on by doubtful friends and families," TLC teased of the new season.

Below is what happened on Episode 1 of 90 Day Fiance's tenth season.

ASHLEY and MANUEL

Ashley, a witch and astrologer from Rochester, NY, shared how she loves to dance, learn new things, and read poetry. Ashley said her family was religious growing up but she was always crazy and rebellious, which led her to dabbling with tarot cards and more.

After having a dream of working with the earth, Ashley's biology teacher apparently invited Ashley on a class trip to Ecuador, where she met Manuel during her first year of classes.

Manuel is a 35-year-old construction worker. They met on New Year's Eve about 10 years prior to filming this spin off. Manuel had asked Ashley to dance, and she apparently found him very attractive.

"We were inseparable after that, and then we became engaged after a week. I think it was passion, getting caught up in the moment, being young and in love, being young and dumb and down to f-ck -- I think all of that!" Ashley shared.

"When I came back home, we tried to have a long-distance relationship, but it didn't last. Manuel and I spent about seven years apart. I had gotten out of a long-term relationship... I was a week out of my long-term relationship and Manuel -- out of nowhere -- [said], 'Hola.'"

Ashley called Manuel a "f-ckboy," but he was always her "what if" man. She therefore bought a plane ticket to visit him in Ecuador in September 2020.

The pair proceeded to quarantine together amid COVID-19, and during their time together, Manuel asked Ashley to wear her engagement ring again. And so it all happened very fast!

Ashley said Manuel had no desire to move to the United States but they ultimately agreed to apply for the K-1 visa, assuming Manuel would have an easy time nailing down a construction job.

"We finally got it! And Manuel is scheduled to arrive tomorrow! I am so excited about it, but I'm also hella nervous about Manuel coming here and being around my witchy practice... Manuel would prefer me to be a Catholic woman," Ashley admitted.

Manuel had never left his country or even been on a plane before, and he had multiple connections scheduled to make his way to Rochester. Ashley also said Manuel doesn't speak English.

"On top of that, his visa expires tomorrow. If he's on the plane, what happens then?" Ashley questioned. "I'm not sure if he's going to be there... when I get to the airport."

Ashley told her friends that if things didn't go according to plan, she'd be willing to "bounce" on Manuel.

One of Ashley's major concerns was that Manuel had yet to tell his mother about his relationship with an American woman, and she was also worried about having to support him financially for months.

Once it became time to pick Manuel up from the airport, Ashley didn't know where Manuel was. She had texted him and received no reply. Manuel apparently hadn't even read Ashley's messages, and so she started to fear something was wrong or that Manuel got held up in customs.

On Ashley's way to the airport, she had a full-blown panic attack and could barely drive. Ashley said she couldn't breath, and tears started streaming down her face.

JASMINE and GINO

Jasmine was shown enjoying her bachelorette party with her closest girlfriends and family members in Panama City, just a few days before she'd be moving to the United States, permanently.

Jasmine and Gino had met online three years prior. Jasmine said she doesn't like "traditional good looking guys" because she's a jealous person but she found many of Gino's physical traits attractive.

Gino and Jasmine had applied for the K-1 visa a year-and-a-half ago. When Jasmine made it to the Embassy for an interview, they told her there was something wrong with the visa at the moment and they'd need to reschedule her interview.

"It was devastating, but I was given a second chance. And it took the officer less than 10 minutes after seeing me -- because I'm super cute!" Jasmine boasted to the cameras.

"How can you say 'no' to me? And he was like, 'Congratulations, you're going to America. Your visa has been approved.' That means I'm going to marry Gino and I'm going to be with him day and night 24/7, which makes me so happy!"

Jasmine said she had been dieting and exercising "like crazy," which resulted in her butt getting smaller. She therefore got butt implants using the money Gino had given her to buy a wedding dress.

"I never told him... I will be getting a divorce," Jasmine joked with her girls, before telling the cameras, "I wish Gino was more appreciative of all the effort I put into being pretty."

Gino, meanwhile, just had his last day of work in automotive engineering, which he had been doing for 30 years. Gino asked for a leave of absence in order to make Jasmine his priority, but he planned to return to work in about a year.

Gino worried that if Jasmine couldn't adapt to life in Michigan, she'd want to move back to Panama. He therefore wanted to help "the most beautiful woman in the world" get settled in America and feel comfortable.

"But our relationship is a roller coaster. It's up and down, up and down -- and that's on a daily basis," Gino admitted.

"We fight about my past exes, my past girlfriends, the food I eat, finances, my family, unnecessary cosmetic procedures... the pop I drink, and I don't like her talking about her ex. But what keeps us coming back together is we have such a strong bond and good connection."

Gino said Jasmine had lost her job as a teacher in Panama and so he was supporting her financially. He thought Jasmine had become spoiled and would receive a rude awakening upon moving to Michigan.

"She's going to get a taste of reality," Gino noted. "I'm a little worried about telling Jasmine that I quit my job, because Jasmine likes to live the luxury good life. If I don't have income or money, Jasmine is going to kill me."

Gino planned to tell Jasmine the truth once she arrived in Michigan.

Later on, Jasmine was shown packing her suitcases and saying goodbye to her life in Panama City, which included her two sons, including Juance, whom she said she's incredibly close to.

Jasmine cried when breaking the news to Juance that she'd be moving to America, but she planned to have him join her eventually. Jasmine knew time away from her kids was going to be very tough, but Juance took the news well.

Jasmine also got her dog, Coco, groomed for the trip. Coco would be the only family member accompanying Jasmine on her trip.

While at the groomer's, Jasmine fought with Gino via FaceTime about how his sister had messaged her, "Don't get married April 13 through the 24th because we will be in Florida!!"

Jasmine thought this text was "very bossy" and came across more like an "order" than a polite request. Jasmine was upset Gino's sister didn't ask how she was or give a friendly "hello," and she didn't feel loved by Gino's family. Jasmine wasn't sure if they'd ever accept her.

Jasmine told Gino that his family lacked good manners, and Gino got upset. Gino didn't want Jasmine to act like his family were her enemies, and he told her that she was acting out of line.

Gino didn't think his sister had done anything wrong, and he said he completely agreed with her. Gino asked Jasmine to have "more compassion," which made her scream and lash out at "the idiot."

SOPHIE and ROBERT

Sophie, a fashion model and content creator in London, said she likes to go out and party. She had started clubbing at age 12 in England.

Sophie said she comes from a wealthy family and had traveled a lot. The mixed-race beauty had faced adversity, however, when she was bullied in school in Spain.

Sophie then stumbled across Rob, from Los Angeles, on a Facebook page for mixed-race men. Sophie began following him because she thought he was so cute.

"I feel like I'm a good looking guy, and so people can kiss my ass on me being shallow and wanting a good looking girl. I'm going to keep it real: I want a fine ass woman, and Sophie is the hottest girl I've been with, and that's what I've been looking for," Rob told the cameras.

Rob shared how he works many jobs, including modeling gigs, and that he thought Sophie was stunning and so he decided to message her on social media. After one day of speaking, Robert FaceTimed with Sophie, which surprised her.

Sophie said she liked Robert's confidence and they ended up talking for eight hours. Sophie said they had a lot in common, especially their difficult childhoods.

The pair communicated for about six months before Sophie visited Robert in Los Angeles. They lived together for two months at that time and got extremely comfortable with each other.

Sophie thought the K-1 visa would be the answer to their problems, and so Robert agreed and they essentially got engaged.

"Sophie can relate to me, but she's lived in really nice places where she didn't have to pay the rent. She's even used to maids," Robert vented.

"That's far from the real world. She's still got spoiled, rich-girl tendencies. I'm going to have to bring her down to earth. She's going to have to learn that it ain't that easy and being with me is not going to be a cake walk."

Robert lived in a studio apartment with an outhouse for a bathroom, and so he had a lot of cleaning and picking up to do. He also confessed that his neighborhood wasn't a safe place and so Sophie would have to be careful walking around at night.

Sophie, meanwhile, knew what she was getting herself into, and she was afraid that her clothes and belongings wouldn't fit in Robert's place.

Sophie, however, had been waiting for two years to be with Robert, and so her goal was to marry him before addressing any of her concerns or issue with him and his "crib" -- including how her beloved mother didn't really get along with him.

Sophie expected Robert to find a real job and better their living situation eventually. She wanted him to behave like "a real man" in all aspects of their relationship.

Robert was planning a cute "Disney princess" marriage proposal once Sophie arrived in America.

Robert's best friend Tor'i questioned if Sophie was going to be able to handle Robert's humble lifestyle, and he was also upset about having caught Sophie on Bumble.

"She said she was just trying to find friends in America while she was here," Robert explained. "She did the same thing in Mexico."

Tor'i called this a red flag, but Robert said he and Sophie had come to an understanding about what happened.

Sophie also met with a friend prior to traveling to the United States. Sophie and Robert had gone through a rough patch together in the past, during which Robert was talking to another girl, and so Sophie hoped her pal was over this and moved on.

Robert had allegedly sent sexual videos of himself to another woman, but Sophie insisted she loved Robert and knew what she was doing. They had been talking every day for almost three years.

Sophie, however, had yet to tell Robert that she's bisexual. She said she just had an easier time dating men and so she suppressed these feelings for women for years.

Jasmine broke down into tears, saying she was tired of taking a backseat to Gino's family. She wanted to be his No. 1 love and top priority, especially since she wasn't going to have any American friends in her life.

NIKKI and JUSTIN

Nikki, a 47-year-old recording artist, hairstylist and makeup artist from Hoboken, NJ, admitted she had gone under the knife countless times for cosmetic procedures. She laughed about how a woman cannot have her curves naturally.

Nikki was engaged to Justin, a "tall, hot and obviously hung" personal trainer from Moldova, whom she also called "sweet and genuine."

Nikki had been in love with a Russian man 17 years prior but they broke up because he was allegedly a bad boy who got deported from the United States due to a crime he had committed.

Nikki therefore flew out to Moldova to find him, only to discover he had been living with another woman. She said he "played" her so bad and so she made a dating profile while in Moldova to get him back.

Nikki met a man named Igor, but she renamed him Justin because she hated his name and thought he looked like Justin Timberlake. They spent the rest of Nikki's trip in Moldova together, and she appreciated the fact Justin didn't try to sleep with her after their first date.

"I started to fall for Justin, and then on my fourth visit to Moldova, Justin proposed to me. It was in a park and it was so romantic," Nikki gushed.

"Our first K-1 visa was approved and we tried to give it a chance, but two weeks after Justin came the first time, we had some issues and it just couldn't be worked on."

Nikki therefore planned to travel to Moldova again to see if Justin is truly the man for her. She said they had a lot of problems to overcome first.

When Justin first moved to America, Nikki lamented about how Justin didn't help her cook or clean. They fought a lot, and during one of their arguments, Nikki dropped a bombshell on him that she used to be a man.

"He freaked," Nikki revealed. "I think I was about 20-years-old when I did my sex-change operation."

Nikki spent a lot of time in the closet as a trans person, not talking about her sexuality with others. Nikki said she had to find herself, and two years into her relationship with Justin -- when she blurted out that she used to be a man -- he was in shock and felt lied to.

"I traumatized him. He went home and he was depressed for a really long time, and I feel bad about that," Nikki shared.

Nikki and Justin had last been together in 2007, so 15 years ago, but they got back together. Nikki said and Justin had kept in touch over the years, and once they were both single and had worked on themselves, they gave their relationship another chance.

"He said, 'Nicole, you're crazy.' But I said, 'Don't you need a little crazy in your life?!'" Nikki joked.

Three months after she and Justin began speaking again, she arranged a trip to Mexico for them to reconnect physically, mentally and emotionally. During that trip, Justin told Nikki that she was the love of his life, and he proposed to her.

Nikki, as a result, applied for the K-1 visa for the second time.

But Nikki still had concerns about Justin. For example, Nikki said trans and gay people aren't accepted in Moldova.

"While I'm in Moldova, I need to make sure it's going to work before he comes [to America again]. There is no third chance with Justin," Nikki explained in a confessional.

"This is our last opportunity, and I do hope we keep building our happily ever after because it's very rare you're going to find a straight man who [wants] to date a trans woman, especially publicly. I'm getting older; this is my last chance at love."

Nikki then Zoom chatted with Justin, and he asked her to tone down her makeup and go with a more natural look in Moldova. Justin had informed his mother that Nikki is trans, but he promised Nikki that his mother was going to respect her.

Justin also told Nikki that when she visited him, they were going to make love a lot.

"We used to have lots of sex and everything was so healthy. Fifteen years forward, I'm just like, 'What changed?'" Nikki questioned.

"I noticed that he will not pleasure me completely. I understand the whole trans thing probably bothers him, but I'm supposed to be his fiancee and future wife -- and you're not, in bed, 100 percent connected to me!"

Nikki said if Justin couldn't come around on this, their relationship would be over.
