It's a girl for Trista and Ryan Sutter.
The first-season The Bachelorette star and her husband welcomed Blakesly Grace Sutter, a six-pound-two-ounce baby girl measuring 19 inches via C-section on April 3 in Colorado, Life & Style magazine reported Friday afternoon.
"She's healthy. Everything is really good," Trista told Life & Style about her newborn.
The couple, who were married in 2003 after meeting on the ABC reality series, announced the pregnancy last October. Blakesly Grace will join her new brother Maxwell Alston, the couples' first child who was born in July 2007 after two years of trying.
She is also expected to be the couple's last child together, as Trista recently announced that she planned on undergoing "permanent sterilization" following the birth
Unlike the Sutters' first pregnancy, which included Trista being diagnosed with a serious medical condition that could have damaged her vital organs, the former The Bachelorette star had reported no major medical problems with the second pregnancy prior to giving birth.

Trista and Ryan Sutter are getting their own bachelorette.
The first-season The Bachelorette couple, who had recently announced that they are expecting their second child, have revealed that they have learned that the baby will be a girl, In Touch reported Tuesday.
"We found out a few weeks ago," Trista told In Touch. "It was such a fun surprise. We went to our last ultrasound appointment with Ryan's parents, my parents and [our 16-month-old son] Max and we were all in the room together when the doctor said, 'It's a girl.’"
"Everyone got so teary-eyed and emotional," she added.
Trista also admitted that while the baby's health was still the most important thing to her, she was thrilled to learn that she would have another girl in the house.
"I can't wait to dress her up in cute little outfits. I'm such a girlie girl," Trista told In Touch. "It will be so much fun to do things like get manicures together.”
Trista and Ryan have reportedly already picked out the baby's name, however they plan to keep it a secret until she is born in April.
Maxwell Alston, Trista and Ryan's first child, was born in July 2007 and the couple had announced they were trying for a second child in January. However given it had taken two years of trying for Trista to become pregnant with Max, they had admitted they were surprised how quickly she had become pregnant with their second child.
"[Ryan's] first words were, 'Holy crap!'" Trista said when the couple had announced they were expecting a second child in October. "It was positive shock, one of the best kinds you can have in your life."
She had also joked that while she would be happy with either a boy or girl, she would do whatever she needed to do to have a baby girl eventually.
"If we don't have a girl, I've thought about the possibility of adopting," Trista said at the time. "It came up in conversation because I'm leaning toward having my tubes tied!"

A new addition to the family apparently isn't the only thing on the horizon for Trista and Ryan Sutter.
The Bachelorette first-season lovebirds have confirmed they are in talks to star in a new reality show, People reported Monday.
"We're open to whatever," Trista told People. "It's just a matter of whether it fits."
The couple -- who recently announced they are expecting their second child -- told People the new show would also involve both their 15-month-old son Max and their new unborn child who is due in April.
"There are pros and cons. Having cameras in your face is an obstacle, because we've tried to be very private," Trista told People. "But if we want to pay our mortgage and pay off our debt, well, we'll do it if it's within our lifestyle."
While the initial report of the Sutter's reality show talks -- which surfaced in May -- had claimed the couple had been meeting with Martha Stewart to collaborate on the project, People's report made no mention of her involvement.
Following the birth of her second child, Trista said she plans to have a tubal ligation, which would mean that barring adoptation, the new baby will be her last.
"I know people think it's drastic when they hear that," she told People. "But I have such rough pregnancies. I would have been as happy as a clam in salt water with just Max. So this is just the icing on the cake."
However Trista added she and Ryan are open to adoption.

The Bachelorette couple Trista and Ryan Sutter have announced that they are expecting their second child.
"I was in total shock! I took a few tests, and they all came back negative," Trista told Life & Style Weekly magazine in a cover story interview that will hit newsstands tomorrow. "But a few weeks after Max's 1st birthday, all of a sudden I thought to myself, I don't think I've had my period in a while. So I took another test -- the line was extremely faint, but it was there!"
It had taken Trista and Ryan two years to become pregnant with Maxwell Alston -- who was born in July 2007. They announced that they had begun trying for a second child in January.
Ryan was just as surprised at how quickly she had become pregnant, according to Trista.
"His first words were, 'Holy crap!'" Trista, who is now three months pregnant, told Life & Style. "It was positive shock, one of the best kinds you can have in your life."
During the interview, Trista also backed off previous comments that she'd prefer her next child be a girl.
"I did say that -- I'm such a girlie girl. But I've become really neutral about it all. I just want a really happy and healthy baby. I know that sounds cliche, but it's the God's honest truth," she told Life & Style. "I would love to have a little girl, but I also love having a boy. Ryan has a brother, and they're about the same age difference as Max will be with his new sibling. So it would be fun to have two boys, too."
However, that doesn't mean she isn't already contemplating a backup plan.
"If we don't have a girl, I've thought about the possibility of adopting," Trista told Life & Style. "It came up in conversation because I'm leaning toward having my tubes tied!"

Trista and Ryan Sutter will celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary with a christening.
Princess Cruises has announced that The Bachelorette first-season lovebirds will christen their newest cruise ship -- Ruby Princess -- on November 6 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Trista and Ryan will subsequently celebrate their fifth anniversary on December 6 during the Ruby Princess' inaugural season, which will be themed around "romantic moments and milestones."
"We're incredibly honored to be invited to be the godparents of Ruby Princess," said Trista.
"It's hard to believe that it's been five years since we got married. This is a wonderful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and also to remind people about the importance of marking not only the key milestones in a relationship, but also making time to incorporate romance into our everyday lives. We are so excited to be part of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!"
Trista served as the object of affection on The Bachelorette's early 2003 first installment, and more than 30 million people watched her choose Ryan as her man during the finale.
Ten months later ABC aired a three episode series that detailed the events leading up to their wedding ceremony and over 17 million viewers watched the couple exchange vows on ABC's Trista & Ryan's Wedding finale broadcast. They welcomed their first child -- Maxwell Alston Sutter -- late last August.
"Princess Cruises has long stood for romance and reconnection, and so we're delighted to have Trista and Ryan christen Ruby Princess as they celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary," said Princess Cruises executive Jan Swartz.
"While slightly unconventional, their courtship and marriage was exciting to watch as it unfolded, and we think their fascinating love story epitomizes our inaugural theme of celebrating romantic moments and milestones."
The 3,070-passenger Ruby Princess' inaugural season will make seven-day weekly sailings from Fort Lauderdale to the Western Caribbean.

Trista and Ryan Sutter are the only The Bachelor or The Bachelorette lovebirds who are married -- and they apparently have no plans on changing that.
"There is no validity to the rumors on the Internet insinuating that Ryan and I are divorcing," Trista told MomLogic.com in a Wednesday report. "We are perfectly, 100% happy, and divorce has never been a topic of conversation and never will be."
Trista served as the object of affection on The Bachelorette's first installment in early 2003. More than 30 million people watched her choose Ryan as her man during ABC's February 2003 broadcast of The Bachelorette's first season finale.
Ten months later, ABC aired a three episode series that detailed the events leading up to their December 2003 wedding ceremony. Over 17 million viewers watched the couple exchange vows on ABC's Trista & Ryan's Wedding finale broadcast.
They welcomed their first child -- Maxwell Alston Sutter -- late last August and are currently trying to have another child.
In addition, the couple has reportedly been meeting with Martha Stewart to collaborate on a new reality series that "has to do with fixing up houses."

Trista and Ryan Sutter are apparently planning a return to reality television.
The Bachelorette first-season lovebirds have been meeting with Martha Stewart to collaborate on a new reality series, Life & Style Weekly reported in its June 2 issue.
"The details are still being hashed out, but it has to do with fixing up houses," an insider told Life & Style.
After finishing as The Bachelor's first-season runner-up, Trista served as the object of affection on The Bachelorette's first installment in early 2003.
The couple welcomed their first child -- Maxwell Alston Sutter -- late last August.
"[They] are really excited about the prospect of having their own show," the insider told Life & Style.
The couple currently resides in Colorado, and Trista reiterated their desire to have another child at a Modern Brides awards dinner on May 13 in New York City.
"It took us two years to get pregnant with Max," Trista told Life & Style. "It's okay if it takes us that long again, but we'd rather have them closer in age. We'll see!"

While Trista Sutter had some serious medical complications during her first pregnancy, The Bachelorette first-season star still has another baby on the brain.
"We've started trying!" said Trista in Us Weekly's January 28 issue about attempting to become pregnant with her second child with husband Ryan. "We wanted to wait for a while because I was really sick during my first pregnancy."
Several months into her pregnancy, Trista was diagnosed with HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzyme levels and a low pallet count) syndrome, a complication of preeclampsia that attacks the mother's vital organs. Due to the diagnosis, Trista delivered the couple's first child -- Maxwell Alston -- four-weeks early via a C-section last July.
"I'd love to have babies close in age," Trista told Us. "And it took us so long [to get pregnant] the first time that if it takes us two years, then that will be fine. I'd love to have a girl. I'm a girlie-girl and would love to take a little girl shopping!"
In the more than five months since welcoming Max into the world, Trista told Us she's lost all 30 of her pregnancy pounds, which has helped her confidence and her relationship with Ryan, whom she met during ABC's Winter 2003 broadcast of The Bachelorette's first season.
"I feel a lot more fit and healthy," she told Us. "And I think that's playing a part in our relationship."
Ryan said he's "just happy to see her happy with herself," but also acknowledged his wife is back to turning heads.
"She looks the best she ever has," he told Us. "A lot of people have been surprised to learn that Max is only 5-months-old, and she looks so great."
In addition to looking great and "feeling more energetic and alive and less self-conscious," Trista said staying in shape is also benefiting the newest member of the Sutter clan.
"Having a fit lifestyle is giving me the energy I need to keep up with Max," she told Us.

Trista and Ryan Sutter met under pretty dramatic circumstances during ABC's Winter 2003 broadcast of The Bachelorette's first season, and Trista said the way the couple welcomed their first child together was similar.
"He came into the world in a pretty dramatic way," Trista said in a recent interview with MomLogic.com about Maxwell Alston Sutter, who was born in late July.
Several months into her pregnancy, Trista was diagnosed with HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzyme levels and a low pallet count) syndrome, a complication of preeclampsia that attacks the mother's vital organs.
"If you've never heard of it, good," Trista told MomLogic. "Hopefully you never will have to hear about it if you are pregnant.
Due to the diagnosis, Trista delivered Max via a C-section four-weeks early.
"He's in the second percentile for weight, fifth percentile for height, and twenty-fifth [percentile] for his head,"Trista told MomLogic about Max, who is 4-months-old. "He is still on oxygen at home back in Colorado. But we live at 8,500-feet altitude and because he was born a little bit early, he just needs a little extra help."
Trista said one of the surprises Max has provided is "how easy" he's been to take care of since he isn't mobile.
"Right now at least he's not rolling or crawling or running or any of that yet," she told MomLogic.
However Trista added "sleeping, or lack thereof" has been an unpleasant surprise for the first-time mom.
"Trying to get him to sleep through the night is a pretty difficult task," she told MomLogic.

Trista Sutter may be a reality television celebrity, but the former The Bachelorette star is still struggling with weight-loss just like any other new mother after welcoming her first child with husband Ryan in late July.
"All new moms just want to feel normal and sexy again," said Trista in the November 5 issue of Us Weekly. "I'm really focused on getting back to where I was before I got pregnant. I want to look even better!"
After Trista, a 34-year-old purse designer gave birth to Maxwell Alston Sutter she said 15 pounds "fell off immediately" but losing the rest of the excess weight has been a struggle.
Part of the reason behind her difficulty was that several months into her pregnancy, Trista was diagnosed with HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzyme levels and a low pallet count) syndrome, a complication of preeclampsia that attacks the mother's vital organs. Due to the diagnosis Trista delivered Max via a C-section, and had to wait an additional six weeks after the birth to begin working out, which she described as "hard" because other new moms are able to exercise sooner.
"So compared to them, I'm thinking it's going to take me forever -- especially since I hadn't worked out since Dancing with the Stars -- a year before I got pregnant," the first-season Dancing celebrity participant told Us. "I've been exercising now for about a month with a trainer friend."
Trista said her exercise regimen consists of yoga, pilates and power-lifting exercises, but due to "abdominal pain" she's unable to "do the more aggressive exercises." In addition, she's also "eating smart" and avoiding sweets.
"I know if I try a crazy crash diet I will rebound from it. Those diets are just not realistic with my lifestyle," she explained to Us. "I'm trying to keep it a little looser -- so I don't burn out -- but the main philosophy of my diet is that it's higher in protein with healthy whole-grain carbs."
Making matters even more difficult is the fact that Trista has a new focus in her life that's cutting into the time she's been able to exercise and prepare healthier eating options.
"Max is my top priority, so when he needs me I'm feeding him or playing with him," she told Us. "Food just doesn't pop into the picture a lot of the time [for me]; I really need to think about that, or I will ruin my metabolism by not eating."
Luckily, Trista said Ryan, a 33-year-old Colorado fireman, has been "awesome, 100% supportive" in helping her.
"He watches Max when I got to the gym and is constantly saying that I look great," she told Us. "But when you don't feel good about yourself, you don't feel like you want to be intimate. I want to feel -- and look -- sexy again for him. Even though he is being nice and saying he's still attracted to me, I want to feel like he's telling me the truth and not just saying it because he's a good husband."
Trista originally finished as the runner-up on the first season of ABC's The Bachelor, and she and Ryan first met while taping the first season of ABC's The Bachelorette in 2002. More than 30 million people watched as Trista chose Ryan as her man during ABC's February 2003 broadcast of The Bachelorette's first season finale.
Ten months later, ABC aired a three episode series that detailed the events leading up to their December 2003 wedding ceremony. Over 17 million viewers watched Trista and Ryan exchange vows on ABC's Trista & Ryan's Wedding finale broadcast.
"I just encourage her to keep working out," Ryan told Us about how he's been handling his wife. "It's not like I have to crack the whip!"
Trista added it's not she's lacking any inspiration when it comes to wanting to slim down.
"I found a picture of me with Howard Stern that I took after The Bachelor in 2001, and I thought, 'I'm putting that up on the fridge.' That way, when I got to the refrigerator, I can say, 'No,'" she told Us. "There are also my Maxim photos. They did a huge poster for a promotion [in 2003], and Ryan put it on the roof of the garage! They were really pretty pictures. I felt like I'd be proud to say in the future, 'Mommy looked like that once.'"

The Bachelorette couple Trista and Ryan Sutter recently welcomed their first child -- Maxwell Alston Sutter -- and after all the hardships that led to his arrival, Trista said it was nothing short of amazing.
"I thought it was a miracle," said Trista in the September 24 issue of Us Weekly. "When the home [pregnancy] test came out positive, I went out and bought two more because I wanted to be sure. Then I called my mom and then my doctor. I was bawling my eyes out."
Trista, a 34-year-old purse designer, and Ryan, a 33-year-old Colorado fireman, announced they were expecting their first child in February after more than two years of trying to become pregnant.
"It was frustrating, but we tried to stay upbeat and positive," Trista told Us. "I truly believed I'd be a mom... EPT sent me about 100 pregnancy tests, and I discovered I was pregnant with the last one."
Trista's pregnancy was going swimmingly until July 24, which is when she told Us she "felt nauseous," something she hadn't experienced since the first trimester. So Trista went to the doctor and was tested for preeclampsia, a potentially fatal hypertensive disorder that typically occurs later in the pregnancy and is characterized by high blood pressure and the presence of protein in the urine.
"I had protein in my urine," Trista told Us. "[My doctor] sent me home and said she would call the next day with the results. By 9:30 that night, I was terribly nauseous and in a lot of pain. I felt if something could happen to the baby, I had to go to the hospital."
Following a drive from their Vail, CO home to the Vail Valley Medical Center, Trista said doctors informed her she was suffering from HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzyme levels and a low pallet count) syndrome, a complication of preeclampsia that attacks the mother's vital organs.
"The risks are seizures and coma, so they kept me overnight for observation. We told our parents they might want to come - everyone was worried," Trista told Us. "I can't remember much of the next day. My liver was failing. The only cure for HELLP syndrome is to have the baby, so they induced me."
With the baby being delivered after only 36-weeks -- several weeks earlier than was expected -- Trista said she was "scared and shocked" but confident in the hospital's abilities. However after having contractions for six hours, Trista said she "knew something was wrong when the doctor looked worried."
"Around 8PM, they got the last round of results and things weren't going well," Ryan told Us. "They said there was a chance [Trista's] liver could rupture. They were trying to get us to make a comfortable decision to go with a C-section. Eventually, we said if Trista's health is deteriorating and we're jeopardizing the baby's health, then do what you have to do."
Trista described the situation she found herself in as "the scariest thing I've ever gone through," but added "it was scarier that if the baby wasn't out quickly, things could be bad for both of us."
"I was worried, hearing the urgency in the doctors' voices and seeing the activity," Ryan told Us. "I assumed it was life-threatening, and that was tough. That prevents the release of joy you want to feel. When they put her under, I was rushed out. They allow fathers in the OR only if the mother is conscious. For 15 minutes, I sat in this big, empty room with things running through my head."
Eventually Ryan said he "heard a baby scream," looked through the OR window and was invited in to watch the nurses clean-off Max, who weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 18 inches long.
"I thought, 'Wow. It's a boy.' I kind of hoped for that," recalled Ryan to Us about Max's birth on July 26. "I held him right away. I wanted Trista to be the first person to hold him and see him, but she was heavily sedated... I felt good and bad: You have this baby in your arms -- triggering one set of emotions -- and then you have your wife on the operating table with 10 people sewing her up, and that's another set [of emotions]."
Trista learned from Ryan it was a boy, the couple discussed the baby's name, and then she saw her newborn three hours after he arrived. Having worked as a pediatric physical therapist in a neonatal ICU, Trista said she "had seen sick babies," so she felt both "scared and comforted" that Max was born after 36-weeks.
"Max had to be on oxygen because his lungs weren't fully developed, but the doctors were encouraged by how well he was doing," she told Us. "[Max] turned his he'd and looked my way, and I was ecstatic. He was perfect and alert, and it was such a relief."
Ryan cared for the baby during Trista's recovery, and while she was discharged four days after the ordeal, Max had to stay 10 days, "mainly because he wasn't breast-feeding consistently."
"The hospital has a program where parents can stay on the obstetrics floor, and it's like a hotel, so we took advantage of that," Trista told Us.
The couple is now enjoying time with Max at home.
"He loves when his daddy reads to him. He's mellow except when he's hungry, and he gets grumpy like his dad," Trista told Us. "I felt overwhelmed at first - we don't have a nanny. Not getting a lot of sleep is definitely an adjustment, but having Max is totally worth it. Even hearing him cry - not that it's a good thing - but hearing a baby cry in my house, because we've wanted one for so long, it's just great."
"My favorite part of being a dad is watching Trista with Max," added Ryan to Us. "After all the hardship, seeing her so rewarded is pretty special."
Since The Bachelor and its spin-off played such an instrumental role in Trista and Ryan getting together, Trista said she'll have no problems if Max eventually tries to find love via a reality dating series.
"If Max wants to be the next Bachelor, I'll be his No. 1 fan," Trista told Us.

ABC's The Bachelorette has spawned its first sequel. The Bachelorette couple Trista and Ryan Sutter have announced the birth of their first child -- Maxwell Alston Sutter.
Maxwell, who arrived several weeks early, was born Thursday night at a medical center near the couple's Vail, CO home, according to Us Weekly. He weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 18 inches long.
"He's perfect and beautiful, and everyone's doing great," Trista told Us.
Trista and Ryan had intentionally avoided learning of Maxwell's sex prior to his birth.
"We want to be surprised," Trista told OK! Weekly last month. "We've talked about names but we haven't settled on anything yet. I really would like to meet the baby first."

Their courtship was televised, as well as their wedding planning and the actual ceremony. But fans of The Bachelorette's Trista and Ryan Sutter apparently won't be seeing the birth of the couple's first child later this summer.
"One hundred percent no!" said Trista in the June 25 issue of OK! Weekly when asked if there would be a reality show following the soon-to-be first-time parents. "When it comes to cameras being in your private life 24 hours a day, that's something we're in total agreement will never be happening again. That's how we met and we're really appreciative of that, but that won't be happening. Sorry to the public if they're wanting to see any of the birth!"
Trista, a 34-year-old purse designer, and Ryan, a 32-year-old Colorado fireman, met while taping the first season of ABC's The Bachelorette in 2002.
In Febuary, they announced they were expecting their first child.
"I'm excited but nervous," Ryan told OK!. "You want to be a good dad but you worry about the health of your baby and being able to raise it so they become a good person. It's a lot of responsibility and I don't take that lightly."
Trista said she "can't wait" to see Ryan as a dad, and despite his 24-hour shifts as a fireman, she's confident he won't miss the big moment when the newest member of their family is born.
"If we're getting close to the due date, I'll try to make sure I have coverage for work," Ryan told OK!. "But if the baby comes at a time when I'm not expecting it, we'll figure it out. The firehouse is one minute from the hospital."
While they're currently in the process of setting up a nursery for their new child -- although Ryan readily admitted he "didn't really have much to do with it" -- Trista said it will feature neutral colors so boy or girl accents can be added afterwards because they haven't found out the baby's sex yet and have no intention of doing so.
"We want to be surprised," Trista told OK!. "We've talked about names but we haven't settled on anything yet. I really would like to meet the baby first."
Trista's currently taking pleasure in feeling the baby kick and Ryan is doing his best to make sure his wife receives the back rubs she deserves as the baby's arrival date draws near. But before their first bundle is even delivered, Ryan expressed his desire to have two children.
"We need to get through this one before we can go there," Trista told OK!. "I'm just focusing on this one. I'm happy to be pregnant. If we just have one, I'd be tickled pink."

Before there was Rob and Amber, there was Trista and Ryan. While "Romber" don't have plans for children in their immediate future, the same can't be said for The Bachelorette's Trista and Ryan Sutter -- the couple has announced that they are expecting the birth of their first child.
"We're so happy after two years of trying," Trista told People, which first reported the pregnancy on Tuesday night. "I've had horrendous morning sickness, but everyone says that is a sign of a healthy pregnancy."
Ryan reportedly learned of Trista's pregnancy when he flew into Denver International Airport on December 18, 2006 after participating in a mountain expedition in Argentina.
"He was completely wind burned and his lips were dry," Trista told People. "We had a three-hour drive back to our home from the airport and I couldn't wait to tell him, so I pulled him aside to a quiet part of the baggage claim area and told him there."

Any remaining doubt that ABC is milking the relationship of "Bachelorette" Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter for everything possible has now been eliminated. In addition to their upcoming four-hour televised wedding ceremony, the network has now announced that the soon-to-be-married happy couple will now host a "viewing party" for ABC's Saturday, September 20 telecast of the Miss America pageant.
During the viewing party, live from Colorado, Trista and Ryan will invite the television audience to guess along with them and some of their closest friends as the evening's competition proceeds.
No word yet if pageant host Tom Bergeron will be presenting single roses to the competition finalists as they are announced.
