The first-season The Bachelorette star and her husband welcomed Blakesly Grace Sutter, a six-pound-two-ounce baby girl measuring 19 inches via C-section on April 3 in Colorado, Life & Style magazine reported Friday afternoon.

"She's healthy. Everything is really good," Trista told Life & Style about her newborn.

The couple, who were married in 2003 after meeting on the ABC reality series, announced the pregnancy last October. Blakesly Grace will join her new brother Maxwell Alston, the couples' first child who was born in July 2007 after two years of trying.

She is also expected to be the couple's last child together, as Trista recently announced that she planned on undergoing "permanent sterilization" following the birth

Unlike the Sutters' first pregnancy, which included Trista being diagnosed with a serious medical condition that could have damaged her vital organs, the former The Bachelorette star had reported no major medical problems with the second pregnancy prior to giving birth.
