Following The Men Tell All taping, Lane got ambushed by a group of five guys outside of a party thrown for The Bachelorette crew and cast members on Saturday, TMZ reported.

Production sources told TMZ that Lane and a crew member were attacked by what appeared to be a gang, taking a few hard punches to the face. Someone then reportedly ran into the club and grabbed fellow The Bachelorette contestant Ben Zorn for his assistance. The big, muscular Zorn rushed outside, threw himself into the brawl and broke things up.

Witnesses say Lane put up a good fight even though he was outnumbered, but according to the sources, he still suffered two black eyes and got his suit ripped up. Friends worried Lane had also experienced a concussion.

The police were not notified about the incident for whatever reason.

Lane will be appearing on Bachelor in Paradise's second edition, which premieres with a two-night event on Sunday, August 2 and Monday, August 3 from 8-10PM ET/PT.

Lane, a 32-year-old former investment banker from Denver, CO, has a three-year-old daughter. He admitted to current show star Kaitlyn Bristowe he had cheated on his ex-wife, which had caused his whole world to come crashing down.
