Having seen its strategy of airing an extra American Idol episode or two as a lead-in to a new series launch pay off in a big way with its just-completed My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance hit series, FOX has announced plans to air an American Idol: Uncut, Uncensored And Untalented one-hour special as a lead-in to its new Paradise Hotel-like Forever Eden series which will be premiering on March 1 at 9PM ET/PT.

Airing at 8 PM ET/PT, American Idol: Uncut, Uncensored And Untalented will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest directly from the American Idol stage and will feature live appearances by some of America's favorite previous contestants as well as both old and new American Idol audition footage.

Additionally, William Hung, the 21-year-old University of California at Berkeley student who has all of America talking about his "She Bangs" performance, will make a guest appearance during which viewers will hear what William has to say about all of the attention and offers he has received since his now-infamous audition was first seen on American Idol.
