Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott's story may have a happy ending after all.

Spelling, 41, wrote on her blog Thursday that she and McDermott, 47, are "doing really well" after his cheating scandal.

"As all of you know, our family has been through a lot this last year," Spelling wrote. "I'm happy and proud to say that we are doing really well, and that Dean and I are working very hard to make our relationship and our family better than ever."

McDermott had cheated on Spelling with a 28-year-old woman named Emily Goodhand in December of last year while away on business. He had checked himself into a rehabilitation center in January, ultimately regretting his actions.

Once Spelling discovered McDermott had been unfaithful, she was completely devastated yet appeared to want to work things out.

The couple's most recent reality series, True Tori, covered the scandal almost in real-time as it unfolded. The show premiered in April on Lifetime and concluded in early June.

"I'm proud of Dean for all of the hard work he's been doing on himself," the mom of four children said, adding that the Chopped Canada host is keeping busy.

"Dean will be blogging about everything from food to family to fitness. He'll even be talking about his sobriety and keeping everyone updated on how he is doing."

A source close to the True Tori stars told Life & Style in early June that Spelling and McDermott had absolutely no intention to ever part ways despite McDermott's infidelity.

"Tori and Dean think they have everyone fooled," the source told the magazine at the time. "It is just completely fake. Together, Tori and Dean are a cash cow. That's why they'll stay together."
