In a Wednesday post on The Bachelorette's official Facebook page, ABC revealed the identities of 35 men who hope to compete for either Gabby or Rachel's heart on The Bachelorette when Season 19 premieres on Monday, July 11 at 8PM ET/PT.

"We are giving you an early look at the men who may be on this season of The Bachelorette! Leave a [rose] for who would get your first impression rose," the network wrote.

ABC revealed names, bios and photos for the diverse group of men initially chosen to appear on the new The Bachelorette season.

Like in recent seasons past, several of these bachelors will not actually make the cut and meet Rachel and Gabby on Night 1. A typical The Bachelor and The Bachelorette season features 30 contestants.

ABC began its current practice of publicly announcing each The Bachelor and The Bachelorette season's possible cast in 2019 as an apparent attempt to further vet each suitor's background before filming actually begins.

Beginning in 2020 with Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams' season of The Bachelorette, they also began bringing extra potential bachelors to the season's filming location in case anyone tests positive for coronavirus during the quarantine period that must occur before production officially commences.

It's likely production is following a similar format for Rachel and Gabby's upcoming edition, which is expected to begin filming this week.

Both Gabby and Rachel appeared to sign off of social media earlier this week by posting the same message on Instagram: "Started from the bottom (of the stairs) now we're here."

The post was referring to Rachel's emotional reaction when she cried on the stairs following Clayton's revelations he was in love and had slept with two women during a "Rose Ceremony from hell," as The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer recently put it.

"We couldn't be more excited to have each other on this journey to find love #thebachelorette."

Jesse will be reprising his role as host of The Bachelorette's nineteenth season.

Some of the Season 19 standouts include Joey and Justin Y., who are 24-year-old twins, and James, a 25-year-old who had originally been cast on The Bachelorette's sixteenth season before production was suspended in early 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It remains unclear how the format of The Bachelorette's upcoming edition is going to work with two leading ladies, whom The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss insisted on Twitter will not be pitted against each other with dating these guys.

"Everyone keeps asking. We just got thrown in," Gabby said during a recent Good Morning America appearance.

"But I have faith and a lot of trust and I love Rachel to death and I know we're gonna have each other's backs the whole way, so there's really not a doubt in my mind that it's gonna end up well."
