The Bachelorette bachelor Tyler Norris has weighed in on Rachel Recchia's Final 3 bachelors and revealed who's "in it to win it" as well as why he was disappointed in Tino Franco.

Rachel eliminated Tyler, a 25-year-old small business owner, halfway through his hometown date in New Jersey, and now the flight instructor only has Tino, Aven Jones, and Zach Shallcross left in the running for her heart.

Although The Bachelorette is essentially a competition, Tyler insisted Rachel's bachelors -- at least the Final 4 -- were focused on building real connections with Rachel rather than the competitive element of the show.

"I think the biggest red flag, especially through The Bachelorette and The Bachelor, is when somebody uses the word 'win,' like, 'I want to win this,'' Tyler told Mike Johnson and Bryan Abasolo during a recent episode of their "Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation" podcast.

"That's, right then and there, like, 'What are you here for? Are you trying to just, at the end of the day, be the person just to be the person -- or do you actually have something there that's going to last past this?"

Tyler continued, "And you know, out of the last four guys, I didn't feel like there was one guy that was 'in it just to win it.'"

"I just felt like everyone had gotten to the point in their relationship where they were invested and they just wanted Rachel at the end of the day," Tyler said.

Tyler revealed that he got closest to Aven while filming the series' nineteenth season and all of Rachel's remaining men are "amazing."

"We were all such close friends... We had real, genuine talks," Tyler said.

However, Tino let Tyler down on the group date that preceded the men's hometown dates, when Ethan Kang was still in the picture.

"The one group date where I got the rose, [Tino] got in his head a lot and bugged out. And seeing that, it was disappointing for me," Tyler admitted.

"There were times when we'd have talks and I'd talk to him one-on-one, just because I knew he was one of those guys who can easily get [inside his own] head... When you overthink, that's when you self-destruct."

Tino shared with Rachel how he was falling in love with her, and he was more vulnerable than ever when trying to convince The Bachelorette star to meet his family. Tino therefore couldn't stand to watch Rachel kiss and connect with other guys.

"So I would just talk to him on a friend level and say to him, 'You're getting everything you could ask for here,'" Tyler recalled, referring to how Tino had received the First Impression Rose, a one-on-one date, and multiple group-date roses.

Tyler reasoned how a man can't expect every rose on The Bachelorette and he must understand there are other guys in the picture.

"The disappointing part for me was because we had talked about that leading up to that group-date rose," Tyler said.

"But I will say talking with him and hearing him after getting a rose, sometimes he would say how he felt about Rachel -- and you knew it was genuine. You knew it was real. And all of the guys on Rachel's side were just so invested and into her."

Tyler acknowledged that he felt "blindsided" by his elimination but he knew Rachel would be in good hands no matter whom she chose at the end.

"I knew she was going to be happy at the end of the day," Tyler said.

Tyler shared, "I want to find somebody who loves me the same way I love them... [Rachel] probably felt that towards other people and not myself."

Tyler's ouster was heart-wrenching because he poured his heart out to Rachel just as she was trying to dump him.

Tyler told Rachel, "At this point, I am not falling in love with you. I am so in love with you, and it's just been incredible."

Rachel suddenly looked away from Tyler, appearing very distraught.

But he continued, "I would not change a thing... This means so much, it really does. And you are literally the most amazing person I've ever met."

Rachel had to interrupt Tyler to explain that she didn't want to bring other people into their relationship. Rachel said she appreciated how Tyler loved so openly and wasn't afraid of getting hurt.

"I just feel like we've had the most incredible day but I'm still feeling like not 100 percent confident," Rachel said in tears.

"And I don't know if I'm ready to meet your family when I still have this bit of reservation -- and I don't know where it's coming from. I just feel like something is missing. I don't know if it's time... but I don't know if I'll be able to get there with you."

Tyler said being in love again meant so much to him, and he added, "That love that is forever is real... And just looking at you, I know you're going to have that. And I want that too."

"I wish I could get there," Rachel cried. "I do."

Rachel wished that she could fall in love with Tyler because he's an amazing man. Rachel said this was the hardest thing she's had to do on this show and her heart was "breaking" because Tyler didn't deserve to get hurt.

Once Rachel rejected Tyler, he visited his parents and family alone, without Rachel on his arm.

Tyler's family appeared shocked and disappointed in how things had turned out for him, but Tyler insisted it was wonderful to lean on his family during that "tough" time and have their support.

Now that Tyler is single again, he plans to move to San Diego and obtain his real estate license.

Tyler is also definitely interested in a stint on Bachelor in Paradise, although Tyler is not among the 19 bachelors and bachelorettes whom ABC just announced will be kicking off Season 8 when it premieres September 27.
