Seinne Fleming is one of The Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s bachelorettes to watch this season, according to show host Chris Harrison.

Seinne, whose name is pronounced "C-N," is a 27-year-old commercial real estate manager from Newport Beach, CA. She will be competing for Arie's heart when Season 22 premieres Monday, January 1 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

"This girl is flat out impressive," Chris told People of the beautiful bachelorette.

Seinne has traveled far and wide -- including a backpacking trip in India -- and also graduated from Yale University in 2012 with a B.A. degree in Economics.

"She's incredibly intelligent and she definitely has this zest for life that Arie is in awe of," Chris shared.

When Seinne is first introduced to the 36-year-old pro racing driver turned real estate agent and the pair have a chance to chat during the cocktail party, Chris said that Arie "is a little bit mesmerized by her."

Viewers will soon find out whether Arie chooses to keep Seinne around after the season's first Rose Ceremony, during which he must eliminate eight women.

Seinne will be one of 29 beautiful and accomplished bachelorettes Arie is afforded the opportunity to meet and get to know when The Bachelor returns.

"The women blew Arie away on night one," Chris revealed of Arie's impressive roster of ladies.

"And Arie is a little older and confident. He doesn't mind not always acting cool or having to say and do the right things. He gets these women and it makes them fall very fast for him!"

ABC has disclosed The Bachelor will be "filled with passionate highs and heartwrenching lows" next year, and Arie told Reality TV World earlier this month that he did, in fact, find love -- with two women!
