The Big Brother host and The Early Show co-anchor -- who welcomed her first child with CBS president and CEO Leslie Moonves last September -- is preparing to shoot a pilot for a new daytime talk show for the network, The New York Post reported Wednesday.

In addition to Chen, former Roseanne star and lesbian mom Sara Gilbert will also participate in filming the CBS pilot, according to The Post.

"It's a daytime panel show to take on The View, targeted at women with children and hosted by celebrities, journalists and regular moms," a CBS source told The Post.

"A pilot will be shot in early May."

The Real Housewives of New York City star and former The Apprentice: Martha Stewart runner-up Bethenny Frankel and former Dancing with the Stars second-season celebrity participant Lisa Rinna are other "possible panelists linked to the project," according to The Post.

Frankel is currently eight-months pregnant with her first child with new husband Jason Hoppy, while Rinna and her husband Harry Hamlin have two daughters.

In January, Bravo picked up Bethenny's Getting Married?, which will reportedly air this summer, while TV Land ordered Harry Loves Lisa, a new reality series starring Rinna and Hamlin that is currently slated to debut this fall.
