"There is way more to this stunner than meets the eye," ABC says of Pieper. "[She] has a dynamite personality and a creative mind... She's truly the total package."

Viewers haven't seen much of Pieper this season, which probably means she stayed out of the drama while competing for Matt's heart.

The Bachelor fans were probably therefore shocked when Matt ran into a barn during a group date held at a farm to make out with Pieper when she was in the middle of giving a confessional.

That makeout session was steamy and Matt seemed really into her! Luckily, Pieper will receive more screentime in the next episode when she embarks on a one-on-one date with Matt.

Could Pieper turn out to be the girl of Matt's dreams? If the pair end up getting married, Pieper wouldn't need to change her last name!

Until The Bachelor viewers can get to know Pieper better on the show and what makes her tick, let's learn a little bit about this mysterious bachelorette right now.

Below is a list of five facts Reality TV World has compiled about Pieper James.

Pieper James is still in school, pursuing her dreams

Pieper is attending DePaul University for a Masters in Marketing.

She has also served as the President of Kellstadt Marketing Group since June 2020.

Pieper has an interest in politics, business -- and luxury cars!

The bachelorette graduated from the University of Oregon in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology and a Minor in Business.

After graduating college and landing a couple of internships, she worked as a receptionist for seven months at the University of Oregon and then landed a position working for Mercedes-Benz USA.

Pieper was an assistant brand manager for Mercedes-Benz for 10 months before being promoted to a business development coordinator in March 2020. She continued that role for four months.

The Bachelor host Chris Harrison says Pieper is "very smart."

"She is a very smart and very cerebral woman," Chris said when announcing Matt's cast of bachelorettes in a Facebook Live video.

"[She had] a bit of a slow roll, I'm not going to lie... in the romance department, but once she gets there, there is no turning back for this woman and she is all in!"

Chris added, "Speaking of 'all in' with Pieper, this woman has zero of a poker face. You meet people who can really fool you sometimes and play things down -- Pieper is the other. She's that girl, what you see is what you get, and she cannot fake it at all."

Chris concluded that producers "loved" Pieper and she was "one of the more dynamic women" the show has had in a while.
