Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson's brother Billy Thompson wasn't missing after all.

Sugar Bear and "Mama June" Shannon -- the parents of former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson -- filed a missing persons report Tuesday because they were so worried Billy had disappeared, but according to TMZ, he was intentionally ignoring them.

Billy had been last seen this past Saturday in McIntyre, GA, when he spent some time at Sugar Bear's home where Mama June's daughter Jessica was getting ready for her prom. Sugar Bear and Mama June became concerned when they couldn't reach him for days afterward.

Billy told TMZ he was simply working at his construction job and wasn't in the mood to return calls and texts from the pair -- although he had been in touch with other family members.

Mama June was especially worried about Billy because she believes he's in a fragile state of mind. Mama June said he was having trouble seeing his children following a bad breakup.

However, Billy apparently just spent time with his kids last week and thinks Mama June and Sugar Bear completely exaggerated his current situation.

TLC announced Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's cancellation in October 2014 after reports surfaced Mama June was dating Mark McDaniel, a registered sex offender who had been convicted of child molestation about 10 years ago. Mama June's eldest daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, 20, later confirmed McDaniel had molested her when she was younger.

An entire season's worth of episodes were left unaired following the incident.
