In a recent court filing, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star argued that the NBA basketball player is threatening "the health and well-being of my unborn child" by dragging out their divorce, TMZ reported.

In addition to potentially causing harm to her pregnancy, Kardashian is reportedly complaining Humphries is causing her unhappiness and negatively affecting her own health and welfare as well.

According to the website, the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami star believes a divorce settlement will enable them both to move on with their lives and "help create a new, full life for me."

Also pending on the official divorce is rapper Kanye West's alleged intention to sign a Voluntary Declaration of Paternity when Kardashian gives birth to their baby. Kardashian reportedly added Humphries is "in control of my misery."

TMZ reported Wednesday that Kardashian's doctor is worried the ongoing divorce process will put her unborn child at risk due to stress. Sources told the website the reality TV star recently called her doctor in the middle of the night complaining of severe pains. After examining Kardashian, the doctor reportedly found the problem to be stress-related and warned her of possible "long-term effects."

During a Wednesday morning appearance on The View, Kardashian's mother similarly said, "Kim has been going through this divorce for months. She has been under a lot of stress because of it and the doctors told her you've had a really tough week and the stress could become a problem if she isn't careful."

Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries in late October 2011 citing irreconcilable differences, only 72 days after tying the knot.

The reality TV star and West announced they're expecting their first child together early last month although rumors of the pregnancy had been circulating since December. The couple have been dating for over 10 months.
