Kim Kardashian and Kanye West apparently won't be getting married any time soon although they have a baby on the way.

The major reason behind their hesitancy to tie the knot is reportedly because the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is still technically married to ex-husband Kris Humphries, as their divorce is pending. Kardashian and Humphries split in October 2011 after only being married for 72 days.
The Associated Press reported in August that Kardashian and Humphries were still in the process of finalizing their divorce and involved in some legal bickering, which would most likely delay the divorce -- or annulment if Humphries got his way -- until some time in 2013.
Humphries' attorney Marshall Waller reportedly attempted to gather detailed records about Kardashian's reality shows and testimonies about her relationship with West in court in August as evidence to prove his marriage was a fraud.
Kardashian's attorney on the other hand, Laura Wasser, allegedly claimed Humphries' legal team was overreaching and cost her client an unjustified $250,000 in legal fees at the time.
