Kim Kardashian has opened up about whether she wants to get married for the fourth time or potentially have a fifth child.

"I would want a marriage, but I'm so happy to take my time," The Kardashians star, 42, told actress Gwyneth Paltrow during Tuesday's episode of the "Goop" podcast, according to Us Weekly.

The former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared of walking down the aisle again, "I have this fantasy in my head, like, 'Fourth time's a charm -- it's gonna work out.'"

Kim's first marriage was to rapper and music producer Damon Thomas and it lasted from 2000 to 2004. She accused Damon of being abusive, but in 2010, Damon called Kim a "fame whore" and claimed she's a jealous, plastic surgery-loving cheat in an interview with In Touch Weekly.

Kim then tied the knot with NBA basketball player Kris Humphries in a heavily-promoted, two-night reality TV special on E! in 2011. The pair was married for only 72 days, and Kris sought an annulment alleging Kim had married him on fraudulent grounds.

Kim and Kris had a long legal battle and their divorce wasn't finalized until 2013. Under the undisclosed terms of a settlement, Kris agreed to drop his demand for an annulment.

"The first one, I just don't know what was happening," Kim told Gwyneth of Damon. "The second one [with Kris], I felt like I wanted to be married so badly because all my friends were at that place and that's where I should have been."

Kim then married rapper Kanye West from 2014 to 2021, and their divorce was finalized earlier this year.

The former couple welcomed four children together: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

"I feel, honestly, [that] my last marriage was my first real [one]," Kim said on the "Goop" podcast.

Kim joked about how she "clearly" hasn't found a man like her beloved father, Robert Kardashian, and the guys she's been involved with are fundamentally different from the late attorney, who passed away from esophageal cancer in 2003.

"You always look at your dad as the most unique, the most special, the smartest person. There's definitely qualities for sure of that I've seen from people or what I wanted from people in the past. But that should be the standard," Kim explained of her exes.

While Kim would like to get married again, she said she wants to stay single for "a few years" after her summer breakup with comedian Pete Davidson, whom she dated for nearly a year.

She noted how she's "on a good solo mission" and is "going to soak up every minute of it."

However, Kim admitted she "kind of" has a flirty dynamic going on via text at the moment, explaining, "That will get you through a cold winter."

As for whether Kim would like to have another baby, Kim revealed, "Never say never."

"I'm obviously right at the end of that conversation," Kim explained. "I would have to have someone in my life for a while in order to make that decision... So, whatever's meant to be will be."

Earlier this week, Kim reportedly confessed on the "Angie Martinez IRL" podcast that co-parenting with Kanye has been "f-cking hard."

"You ask me about the grace. One day, my kids will thank me for not sitting here and bashing their dad when I could. Of course all the crazy sh-t... it kills me for my family," Kim said on the episode that was released on December 26, seemingly referring to Kanye's recent anti-semitic comments.

"If they don't know things that are being said, why would I ever bring that energy to them? That is real, heavy, grownup sh-t that they are not ready to deal with. When they are, we will have those conversations."

Kim is apparently worried how her relationship with Kanye is going to affect her future romances.

"There's a part of me that's like, 'Oh, my God, is everyone going to be scared because I don't have the easiest ex?'" Kim dished. "I don't think that's fair to ever put someone in a situation... But then there's a side of me that's like, 'Wait, what? Why would I ever have to live that way?'"

Season 2 of The Kardashians premiered on Hulu in late September.

Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian confirmed on September 13 that she was in the process of filming Season 3 of The Kardashians, according to Cosmopolitan magazine.
