Kim Kardashian is reportedly frustrated she's probably still going to be married to ex-husband Kris Humphries when she gives birth to her first child with boyfriend Kanye West.

Sources close to Kardashian reportedly told TMZ that although the reality TV star doesn't think it's necessary to wed West before the baby arrives, she certainly doesn't want to still be legally married to Humphries when she officially becomes a mom.
The sources added that Kardashian "feels Kris is being spiteful and vindictive in dragging out the divorce," according to the website.
Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries in late October 2011 citing irreconcilable differences, only 72 days after tying the knot. Humphries' attorney Marshall Waller reportedly attempted to gather detailed records about Kardashian's reality shows and testimonies about her relationship with West in court last year as evidence to prove his marriage was a fraud.
However, no evidence has allegedly been presented by either side suggesting Kardashian defrauded Humphries when she accepted his marriage proposal.
Kardashian's attorney on the other hand, Laura Wasser, reportedly claimed Humphries' legal team was overreaching and cost her client an unjustified $250,000 in legal fees at the time. Therefore, Kardashian is reportedly requesting Humphries foot her lawyer's bills since she insists his allegations are completely false.
Attorney fees aside on both ends, TMZ sources said people close to Humphries are trying to convince him to settle and let things be. If no settlement is soon reached, the judge will reportedly set a trial date next month.
Kardashian, who is currently about 13 weeks pregnant, and West announced they're expecting their first child together last week although rumors of the pregnancy had been circulating since December. The couple have been dating for over nine months.
