Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby girl named North "Nori" West reportedly weighed-in just under five pounds upon her arrival.

Prior reports that North was born just under five pounds were apparently accurate, as the child was only one ounce shy of five pounds -- weighing in at four pounds and 15 ounces, Us Weekly reported Monday.

"She's tiny and perfect," a source told Us. "She looks just like Kim -- with her dark hair and some of her features."

"Kim is breastfeeding" and "the baby is healthy," according to another source.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star welcomed her daughter into the world on June 15, five weeks earlier than the baby was due, at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. North's premature birth apparently gave the couple quite a scare.

"Kim was scared," an insider told the magazine. "And the doctors had to assure her that even though the baby was early, she was ready."

Following a week-long stay in the hospital, Kardashian was reportedly released on Friday.

"They are both so in love with their little girl," added a friend of the couple.

While it's been such a short time since Kardashian was in labor, the reality TV star is reportedly already looking to lose her extra baby weight.

Kardashian "is ready to get her body back," a pal close to Kardashian told People. "She can't wait to lose the baby weight. It's definitely on her mind... She looked beautiful hours after giving birth. I'm sure it won't be too hard!"

Despite the bashing Kardashian received for her weight while she was carrying the baby, the pal explained she "took great care of her body while she was pregnant. She ate healthy foods and worked out. She was very conscious."
