Khloe Kardashian spends Halloween with Lamar Odom

By Elizabeth Kwiatkowski, 11/02/2015

Khloe Kardashian apparently spent Halloween with Lamar Odom in the hospital.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star tweeted a photo on Saturday of a plastic jack-o-lantern bucket with Twix and Hershey chocolate bars next to it, and in the background, there's clearly medical equipment.

"Happy Halloween," Khloe, 31, captioned the image alongside three pumpkin emojis.

Khloe's sisters all dressed up for the holiday. Kim Kardashian West went as herself from the 2013 Met Gala, Kylie Jenner donned a snow princess costume and later went as a war assassin, Kourtney Kardashian sported a Captain America costume with her three superhero kids, and Kendall Jenner went as designer Karl Lagerfeld.

Odom, 35, is currently being treated at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles from an October 13 drug overdose. Khloe has remained at Odom's side since he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel.

Odom's health continues to improve but insiders have said he has a very long road to recovery ahead of him.

Last week, Odom dodged a kidney transplant and was taken off dialysis, according to Us Weekly, and the former NBA star is also "walking with help now." However, his motor skills are still reportedly impaired due to "a dozen strokes" and his speech needs work.

Khloe and Odom withdrew their divorce papers in court recently but she appears to still be involved with James Harden.
