Khloe Kardashian is giving up a lot for Lamar Odom -- first her boyfriend James Harden and now her family's Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality show, according to a source.

Kardashian told her mother Kris Jenner she's quitting Keeping Up with the Kardashians for a while to concentrate on Odom's recovery off-camera, RadarOnline reported.

"[Khloe] has no plans to resume filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and will continue to be at the hospital every day with Lamar," a source told RadarOnline.

Kardashian has been at Odom's side for over a week now since he was found unconscious October 13 in a Nevada brothel from a drug overdose. A film crew was allowed to tape the first several hours of Odom's medical scare at Sunrise Hospital in Nevada, but Kardashian has allegedly had enough.

"But Kris wasn't happy about Khloe's decision because she is a huge part of the show," the source continued. "For now, she's hoping Khloe will change her mind. Kris isn't ready to play hardball with her daughter by reminding her that she is contractually obligated to do the show."

Odom was transferred via helicopter from Las Vegas to Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Monday so that Kardashian can be closer to him. The former NBA star has a lot of rehab, therapy and testing ahead of him, as he's allegedly still "really, really sick."

On Wednesday, Kardashian had her attorney withdraw her divorce petition in court so she can remain legally married to Odom. In the process, Kardashian -- who apparently believes Odom will alter his course and stay clean -- dumped Harden whom she had been dating for a few months.

"The rest of the family is also very concerned that Khloe is putting her life on hold for Lamar," the source told RadarOnline. "This recovery could take months. There are commitments that Khloe is obligated to do, and she just can't not show up. It's causing a lot of stress."

Jenner is also reportedly worried about how much money Kardashian is willing to spend on Odom, as she paid for his expensive $120,000 helicopter ride.
