Patrick and Thais have agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Aleesi, who turns 4 in November 2026.
The former couple has also agreed that either parent must obtain written consent from the other before traveling outside of the United States with Aleesi. The parent traveling internationally must provide a complete itinerary and emergency contact information in advance.
Patrick will not be required to make child support payments because he's agreed to cover all of Aleesi's childcare expenses, which reportedly exceed the amount he'd otherwise owe in child support.
And "neither party shall be awarded spousal support/alimony," the divorce documents state.
As for their assets, Patrick will keep a 2006 Honda Ridgeline, while Thais will receive a 2022 Tesla Model Y. The former spouses will also retain ownership of their individual bank accounts and retirement plans.
Patrick and Thais have additionally agreed to be responsible for their own individual debts.
"Each Party shall be solely responsible for any debts held in his or her individual name and shall indemnify and hold the other Party harmless therefrom," the divorce decree reads.
Patrick is also "solely responsible for any IRS or joint tax liability, including the debt associated with the Parties' 2025 tax return and any resulting tax, penalties, and interest," according to the documents.
The financial arrangements are particularly noteworthy considering Patrick and Thais reportedly had more than $240,000 in unsecured debt when their divorce proceedings began.
According to court documents previously obtained by Starcasm, Patrick had listed approximately $222,000 in personal debts, while Thais had nearly $20,000 in debts of her own.

Patrick initially filed for divorce from Thais in May 2026 and requested sole legal custody and primary physical custody of Aleesi.
Patrick subsequently filed for a default summary disposition on June 15, which came 25 calendar days after Thais was served with divorce papers.
Under Nevada law, Thais had 21 calendar days to respond to the filing after being served, but she failed to do so.
In June 2026, Thais hired a "powerhouse" team of lawyers after Patrick sought a default judgment in their divorce.
Thais, who is from Brazil, hired immigration attorney Kathleen Martinez and Las Vegas family attorney Carmen Marisol, Us Weekly reported.
"Let me be clear: Thais has rights, and those rights will be protected," Martinez said in a press release obtained by Us on June 17.
"No one should ever be made to feel powerless because of their immigration status, and no one should be bullied into silence. My team and I will vigorously defend Thais' interests and ensure she is treated fairly every step of the way."

In August, Patrick filed a motion alleging that Thais had been unfaithful during their marriage. Thais denied the allegations, and the motion was later withdrawn and stricken from the court record with both parties' agreement.
Patrick and Thais ultimately agreed to participate in mediation in the hope of reaching an amicable resolution.
In addition to their divorce and custody battle, Thais was arrested for domestic battery in May.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Patrick called the police on May 22 and claimed Thais had slapped him across the face during an argument at her Nevada home.
Thais called Patrick "controlling" and claimed she had acted in self-defense.
Police arrested Thais for domestic battery, but prosecutors ultimately decided not to pursue the misdemeanor charge and it was dropped.
Patrick claimed he and Thais were "incompatible" when he first filed for divorce, TMZ reported.
The pair told the website in a statement about their split in late May, "Out of respect for everyone involved, we believe it's important not to jump to conclusions or contribute to speculation before all facts are properly clarified."
"Domestic matters can be deeply emotional and complex," Patrick and Thais added, "and we encourage compassion, privacy, and due process for all parties involved."
The stars of 90 Day: The Last Resort also acknowledged that the past few years "have been difficult" for them, citing their move to Las Vegas, "a failed business," "family tragedy" and "health issues."
Patrick from Austin, TX, and Thais met when Patrick traveled to Brazil to reconnect with his father's side of the family.

Patrick proceeded to court Thais over several trips to Brazil, and the couple fell in love. Patrick proposed marriage and announced their engagement in November 2020.
Despite never having been to the United States before, Thais moved to be with her fiance, but the pair faced obstacles, including Thais' father's disapproval of the relationship and tension with Patrick's brother John.
Patrick and Thais got married in February 2022, and their wedding aired on 90 Day Fiance that summer. Thais later gave birth to their daughter Aleesi in November 2022.
The couple also appeared on Season 8 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? followed by the third season of 90 Day: The Last Resort, which premiered in June 2026 on TLC.
On 90 Day: The Last Resort, Patrick suspected Thais of cheating on him during trips to Brazil because she was difficult to reach. He also alleged that she had rented an AirBnB instead of staying with her family and charged $2,000 to his credit card.
Thais complained that Patrick didn't trust her, while Patrick cited their lack of a sex life as the reason for his suspicions.
During the show's June 15 episode, Thais even suggested that Patrick was a sex addict.
Although Patrick and Thais underwent intense couples therapy on 90 Day: The Last Resort, the experience was ultimately unable to save their marriage.
