90 Day Fiance star Jenny Slatten is physically declining with each passing day amid her battle with ALS.

"Jenny is getting weaker by the day," read a September 23 update on her Go Fund Me account, which had been created to raise funds for her ongoing medical expenses and has since collected over $127,000.
Jenny is currently on two medications for ALS that are "supposed to slow the process down" but make her feel "very tired."
Jenny -- who has also been taking B12, melatonin and magnesium -- has been seen by "about" five neurologists and speech therapists in the past several months.
"[She] is doing what is asked of her and she will also be starting acupuncture very soon," the update continued.
"There are trials that have shown great response with acupuncture and other holistic services that can greatly improve with mobility and feeling less tired."
But the Go Fund Me organizer revealed that "Jenny hardly speaks now" because "it hurts" her.
"Sumit speaks more for her and is the main spokesperson for his wife. Sumit is Jenny's main caregiver and doing a great job each day," the organizer wrote.
On Part 1 of 90 Day: The Last Resort's Season 3 Tell All, which aired last week on TLC, Jenny noticeably struggled to express herself to host Ross Mathews.
Jenny and Sumit participated in the Tell All from India via Zoom, and she shared of her health crisis, "I don't like to talk, so he can," pointing to Sumit.
Sumit went on to recall how he had noticed some changes in Jenny's voice and balance once they returned to India after filming the show.

"She was even choking on water and small things," Sumit said. "So we decided to get her tested... and we [came] to know that Jenny is suffering from ALS."
Ross asked Jenny how she was doing at that time, and Jenny replied, "I am okay. I am still independent and walking and doing everything, but I can't talk."
Sumit admitted Jenny's worsening symptoms were "disheartening" but his wife was "showing a lot of courage."
"Every day she wakes up with a smile on her face," Sumit concluded.
Sumit and Jenny -- who began starring on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way in 2019 and have appeared on multiple spinoffs of the TLC reality show since -- told People in May that Jenny was diagnosed with ALS in December 2025, one year after she started experiencing symptoms.
"Earlier, she was doing good. It's progressing," Sumit noted at the time.
Jenny's daughter Christina revealed in late July on Instagram that Sumit had started the process to obtain an "emergency tourist spousal visa" so that they can both come to the United States and Jenny can receive more treatment "using her insurance."

"We were thinking that if we come to America, I don't know, we can get proper treatment... I always keep my hopes high, and I always feel that America might have something better for Jenny and she can get at least a better support system," Sumit explained.

Sumit claimed the level of treatment a person can receive for ALS in India does not compare with what the United States has to offer.
"If you go to an expensive hospital, you might get a little bit of extra knowledge on this, but mostly, it's not much," Sumit said, adding that most doctors "don't have very much experience" with this neurodegenerative disease.
Sumit added how Jenny will probably "be on some kind of support system" in the near future.
"[As for] my visa, our plan was to get the visa, and I'll travel with Jenny and go [to America] and start the treatment. Even if it's taking time, I can come back to India," Sumit said.
Sumit explained how Jenny didn't want to move to America without him because they'd "be apart forever."
Jenny, for her part, mentioned how India is her "home," and Sumit elaborated, "If [our relationship and medical needs] are not enough for the embassy in order for me to get a visa, I don't know whatever situation or condition I will ever be approved."
Sumit previously said his goal is to make sure Jenny -- who has three daughters with ex-husband Ralph Edwards -- is financially stable, and he noted that it's not practical for Jenny to stay with her daughters in America.
"If she needs me, I try to be available, and if we go to America, she has her daughters, but they have their own family and their own life," Sumit said.
"And I don't want to be a burden," Jenny interjected.
In the comments section, Jenny's daughters wrote at the time, "Mom, please know you are never a burden. I would love to have you here and that's what us children are for but I know you won't be happy and you want to be with your husband, I get it 100% but I just wanted you to know don't ever think you would be a burden in my life."
