"Roger and I have said from the beginning that, just like it was with Meilani, it does not matter which gender our baby is, as long as he or she is healthy," Farley wrote on her website under a photo of their gender-reveal cake cut open to show blue. "Still, we are so excited to be expecting a baby BOY!"
The couple apparently conducted a poll for their fans that resulted in the majority of participants guessing a boy was on the way.
"You guys were right! In our poll yesterday, 66% of you thought it was going to be a boy," she said.
"It's amazing knowing that we are having one of each, just like [Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi]. I've always said I wanted a boy. I think there is something to be said about a mother-and-son bond," Farley added. "I can't wait for us to meet him and I know Meilani's going to be an awesome, protective big sister."
Farley said she's so happy her children will grow up close in age.
"Now the countdown really begins! May 2016, a mini Roger is coming! Get ready, world!" she explained. "Thank you everyone for all your kind words and love for our growing family, we appreciate it so much!"
Farley tied the knot with Mathews earlier this month and announced on their wedding day they're expecting their second child.
Farley, 29, met Mathews, 38, while she was filming the third season of Jersey Shore.
The pair, who made an appearance on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, got engaged following a skydiving trip in September 2012 after two-and-a-half years of dating. Mathews proposed during an episode of Taking the Plunge's second season.
