The 28-year-old reality star surprised co-host and former "Jersey Shore" co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley with her "mommy makeover" while filming "#MomsWithAttitude."
Polizzi revealed she initially wanted to get breast implants after she was done having kids, but went ahead because she's in her "prime" now.
The star is mom to 4-year-old son Lorenzo and 2-year-old daughter Giovanna.
"Obviously your boobs are destroyed after having kids," Polizzi said.
"I wanna look hot for my husband, but I also want to feel great about myself, and that was just an insecurity that I had."
"I was totally nervous, but when it was time for surgery day, I was excited. I was like, 'Let's do this. I'm ready to transform my body and feel better about myself,' and I was really excited," she shared.
"I've literally been working my [expletive] off in the gym for three years now, just losing weight and trying to be a fit mom and have a healthy body, but you can never change you boobs," the star explained.

"I feel so confident with myself as a woman, as a wife, as a mom -- so I kind of feel complete now."
Polizzi had her surgery done in Livingston, N.J., last week.
The reality star admitted she looks "like Frankenstein right now" and that her post-surgery experience has "definitely [been] a little painful."
"I mean, I can't pick up my kids [right now], so that sucks. At night, I can't really sleep because you have to sleep propped up," she revealed. "[I was] totally nervous. I'd never really had surgery before."
Polizzi shares her kids with husband Jionni LaValle, whom she married in 2014.
The star and Farley, who also has breast implants, are known for starring on the MTV series "Jersey Shore" and "Snooki & JWoww."
