The Bachelor sixth-season winner was arrested for driving drunk in Tampa, FL on Thursday morning, Radar Online reported.

Delgado was arrested at 12:45AM and charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence.  She refused a blood alcohol test and was released shortly after 10AM on $500 bail, according to her Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office booking report.

The 42-year-old got engaged to sixth-season The Bachelor star Byron Velvick during the ABC reality dating show's November 2004 finale and the couple remained together for five years but never walked down the aisle and split in late 2009.

However the last couple of years of their relationship were rocky, beginning with a November 2007 incident in which Delgado was arrested while she and Velvick were watching The Bachelor's eleventh-season After the Final Rose special at a friends' condominium in Florida.

While Velvick wanted to leave the condominium, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office alleged Delgado wanted to stay, and the pair "became involved in an argument which turned physical" after they got into Velvick's truck.

Delgado then struck Velvick's mouth -- causing the upper left side of his lip to split. Velvick went back inside the condominium to clean-up while Delgado waited in the truck, which is when the former The Bachelor star called police.

Velvick didn't want to press charges and also did not want his injuries photographed, but Pinellas County deputies still determined a crime had happened and Delgado was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

The charges were dropped and Velvick stated the couple was "going day by day" and had not called off their engagement plans -- although a firm wedding date had not been set at the time.

"Just because you met on a reality show, got engaged on this beautiful incredible setting doesn't mean that we're Prince Charming or Beautiful Princess," he said at the time. "It's nothing like that. It's just a real couple going through real things."

A year later, Delgado was arrested again in Del Rio, TX and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct when she refused to leave a local bar in November 2008.

She is currently living in Tampa and working as a real estate agent, according to her Thursday booking report.
