Mary Delgado has reportedly been arrested for the second time in less than a year.

The Bachelor sixth-season winner was arrested on Saturday night and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, TX, TMZ.com reported Monday.

Delgado reportedly refused to leave Lorina's when asked by the bar, which subsequently called police.  Despite Delgado claiming it was her "constitutional right" to remain at the bar as long as she wanted, TMZ.com reported she was taken into custody.

While being transported to Val Verde County Correctional Facility, police allege Delgado became "loud and belligerent" and also kicked the radio inside the cruiser, according to TMZ.com.

She was eventually released after her fiance Byron Velvick posted bond.

Delgado was also arrested late last November while she and Velvick were watching The Bachelor's eleventh-season After the Final Rose special at a friends' condominium in Florida.

While Velvick wanted to leave the condominium, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office alleged Delgado wanted to stay, and after the pair got into Velvick's truck they "became involved in an argument which turned physical."

Delgado then struck Velvick's mouth -- causing the upper left side of his lip to split. Velvick went back inside the condominium to clean-up while Delgado waited in the truck, which is when the former The Bachelor star called police.

Velvick didn't want to press charges and also did not want his injuries photographed, but Pinellas County deputies still determined a crime had happened and Delgado was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

The charges have since been dropped.
