If she didn't comply, Evans quoted Schelske as saying he was prepared to "start World War III."

In his response Schelske denied making any type of demands or threats.

Evans filed for divorce in October, leaving ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" to handle the matter.

Evans's motion was filed Friday; Schelske's response came on Monday. The next hearing is scheduled for April 3.
