The 25-year-old heiress could fact up to 90 days in jail for violating the terms of the sentence she received in January in a driving under the influence case last fall, TMZ.com said. A judge placed her on three years' probation, which included the requirement that she "obey all laws."

In the latest incident, Los Angeles County deputies impounded Hilton's $190,000 Bentley after noticing her driving down Sunset Boulevard without lights Tuesday night. Deputies said there was no sign of drinking or drugs

but they learned her license was lifted because of her no-contest plea in the DUI case.

A hearing is expected to be set for the alleged probation violation.

City attorney spokesman Frank Manteljan said prosecutors could move to revoke Hilton's probation once the traffic stop is confirmed, E! News said.

Hilton representative Elliot Mintz said she was arrested after

picking up some DVDs. Mintz said Hilton didn't realize her headlights were off or that her license was revoked. He said a friend picked Hilton up after her plush ride was impounded.
