Giada De Laurentiis is getting a divorce.

"After an amicable separation since July, Todd and I have decided to end our marriage. Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths," De Laurentiis wrote.
"Todd and I share a beautiful daughter and a lifetime of great memories that we both treasure more than anything. We are so thankful for our friends and family, and really appreciate the support in this time of change."
De Laurentiis and Thompson's daughter Jade Marie was born in late March 2008.
Food Network Star's tenth season wrapped this past summer and aired its finale on August 10.
De Laurentiis, an Italy native, previously served as the host of Food Network's Everyday Italian, Behind the Bash, Giada's Weekend Getaways and Giada in Paradise programs. She also competed on the network's Iron Chef America reality competition series.
