Brittany Galvin made quite the entrance and certainly made a big impression on The Bachelor star Matt James when she suddenly arrived mid-season with four other girls on last week's The Bachelor broadcast on ABC.

When Brittany introduced herself to Matt after the third Rose Ceremony, she planted a big kiss on him and had a steamy makeout session right away.

When Brittany joined Matt's original cast of girls, she was called "a backup option." But Brittany assured the other women, "No, they actually saved the best for last."

Victoria Larson later called Brittany "a slore," and Anna Redman insisted Brittany -- whom she recognized from Chicago -- was "definitely not here for Matt."

Anna later informed several bachelorettes that she had heard Brittany is "an escort."

"There is this rumor because she knows all of the rich men in Chicago that Brittany may be an escort," Anna said. "She may be having a transactional relationship with wealthy men."

When Brittany heard the rumor circulating about her, she insisted, "No, I'm not an escort. It's just so ridiculous to even say that, to have that even come out of my mouth... Making a conclusion about me before you even know me, it's just -- that's sh-tty."

Katie Thurston asked Matt to address the drama and "mean girls" at The Bachelor resort, so will Brittany receive a rose and be able to get to know Matt better in the weeks ahead?

Until viewers can watch Matt and Brittany's romance unfold on TV, let's learn a little bit about this new The Bachelor bachelorette right now.

Brittany Galvin reiterated on social media she isn't an escort online last week

On January 28, Brittany slammed the escort allegations in her Instagram Stories.

"It's 2021 you know how prominent sex workers are in this world? Or how many people have OnlyFans? Why are we still judging others? Jealousy and hate really come out when others are doing better in life but why?" Brittany wrote.

"Focus on yourself, and if you're not happy with where you're at then work on yourself! Again, to make it clear, I am NOT an escort."

Brittany, however, went on to defend women who may be in that line of work.

"For the people who are, don't let others tear you down. Keep sharing your stories with me because they are so powerful. I'm here to support you like how you have to me!" Brittany continued in her post.

"Side note: I saw a YouTube video of women asking why I cared so much if it's not true. If this happened to me in the real world, I'd brush it off because I know my truth. But how would you react when someone tries to exploit you to the world with an accusation that could affect your career, reputation and future relationships?"

Brittany concluded, "Lastly, yes it was a sh–ty thing to do, but let's not destroy someone's life over it. Bringing others down is exactly what I don't want. We are bigger and better than that. Love you all."
