After eight years and fourteen seasons, viewers will finally see a The Bachelor couple walk down the aisle.

ABC has announced that it will air The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding, a two-hour special that will document the marriage of thirteenth-season lovebirds Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, on Monday, March 8 at 8PM ET/PT.

The special will include footage of Malaney's bridal gown fitting, the couple's discussions with their wedding planner and event designers, their bachelor and bachelorette parties, and the actual ceremony at an undisclosed "perfect" location, according to the network.

Former The Bachelor and The Bachelorette couples, stars and suitors will also be among the friends and family who are in attendance as guests, according to ABC.

The Bachelor's thirteenth-season filmed in Fall 2008 and concluded with Mesnick -- who had originally been dumped by DeAnna Pappas at the end of her 2008 edition of The Bachelorette -- getting engaged to Melissa Rycroft and rejecting Malaney.

However Mesnick later dumped Rycroft on-air in favor of Malaney during a January taping of the season's After the Final Rose special.

The couple has been dating ever since and got engaged last October during a trip to New Zealand, which is where Mesnick originally rejected Malaney and got engaged to Rycroft during the season's Final Rose Ceremony.

Rycroft reunited with former boyfriend Ty Strickland after she was dumped by Mesnick.  The couple got engaged in June and wed in December.

The only other The Bachelor or The Bachelorette couple to actually wed are The Bachelorette first-season couple Trista and Ryan Sutter.

Ten months after Trista selected Ryan during The Bachelorette's first-season finale, ABC aired a three episode series that detailed the events leading up to their December 2003 wedding ceremony -- and over 17 million viewers watched the couple exchange vows on Trista & Ryan's Wedding's finale broadcast.

The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding will air one week after The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love's finale on March 1. While Dancing with the Stars' tenth season has already been set to premiere on March 22 and occupy the Monday time period through May 24, ABC's schedule listings currently contain no information about the network's 8-10PM ET/PT programming for March 15  -- suggesting another still-to-be announced special could possibly be in the works.

The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding will be produced by The Bachelor's Next Entertainment production company.
