Vivica A. Fox pleads no contest to drunken driving charge

Actress Vivica A. Fox was sentenced to three years' probation in California after pleading no contest to drunken driving, it was reported.

Fox entered the plea Friday through her lawyer and did not appear for the sentencing in a Van Nuys, Calif., court room, People said.
Judge Stephen Pfaler ordered Fox to pay more than $400 and to complete a 90-day alcohol education program, People reported.
The "Kill Bill" star was arrested March 20 on a freeway in Los Angeles when police noticed her driving erratically at nearly 80 mph in a 65 mph zone, police have said.
Fox, 43, has appeared on TV's "Dancing with the Stars," in the film "Soul Food" and as a costar on this season's "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
