U.S. pop sensation Usher has signed on to two more films in addition to an untitled MTV Films project and a Jackie Wilson biopic, reports MTV.com.
First up will be the romantic comedy "Dying for Dolly," in which the singer will star as a Mafia don's right-hand man who falls for his boss' daughter. The Lions Gate film will also star Chazz Palminteri and Emmanuelle Chriqui.
Usher will also serve as an executive producer on the film, which begins production next week.
Usher will also appear in MGM's "Step in the Name of Love," which is an urban update of "Saturday Night Fever," the report said.
No details about the film, including a start date or co-stars, have been released.
Usher will also have his hands full musically with a projected Best of Both Worlds-style album with Ludacris, the report said.
