'Survivor: The Amazon' to premiere February 13th with special 90 minute episode

In addition to formally revealing the names of the sixteen castaways participanting in the upcoming "Survivor: The Amazon" -- identities you already knew if you visited our site on Friday, -- CBS also announced that the series will premiere on Thursday, February 13th at 8PM ET with a special 90 minute edition of the show.

A special 90 minute episode of "CSI" will follow the "Survivor" premiere. During the announcement CBS also confirmed that this season's "new starting twist" will be that one tribe will consist of all men and one tribe will be all women.
