Simon Cowell can reportedly afford all the bad haircuts and tight T-shirts he wants.

The American Idol judge is now worth more than $250 million, The New York Post reported Saturday citing the Sunday Times of London's forthcoming "Rich List 2010."

Cowell's personal fortune grew an estimated $69 million last year, according to the list, which Cowell will reportedly place eleventh on.

American Idol creator Simon Fuller sits at No. 6 on the list with a fortune of approximately $540 million.

More than half of Cowell's personal wealth comes from his work in television, including judging for American Idol and serving as the producer of The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, and America's Got Talent -- all three of which he created.

The rest of Cowell's fortune comes from his work as music producer for such stars as Susan Boyle and Leona Lewis.
