Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan has been raked over the coals by a U.S. film executive for alleged bad behavior on the set of a new production.

The Los Angeles Times says James G. Robinson, the chief of Morgan Creek Productions, told Lohan in a letter sent this week she has "acted like a spoiled child" and has jeopardized the quality of Morgan Creek's new picture, "Georgia Rule."

In the letter, Robinson cites what he said was Lohan's reputation for all-night partying, alleged behavior he believes is responsible for Lohan's repeated lateness and fatigue. Lohan reportedly uses an array of excuses from the flu to heat exhaustion.

"We are well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so-called 'exhaustion,'" Robinson wrote. The letter was posted Friday on the Smoking Gun Web site.

Robinson, who is known for his candor, was applauded by colleagues for addressing the letter directly to Lohan instead of going through an agent. Lohan allegedly has behaved in a similar manner on the set of several previous films, the newspaper said.
