Married at First Sight star Clara Berghaus has explained her frustrations about not having sex with Ryan Oubre well over a month into their marriage.

"We're still taking things slow," Clara explains to Pastor Cal in the clip, as if she's fine with it.
But then footage flashes back to Clara unloading her frustrations on Haley, Virginia Coombs, Briana Myles and Paige Banks about Ryan waiting to establish trust and a strong emotional connection before having sex.
"I don't get it!" Clara complains to the girls. "I get you off every f-cking night, [and I get nothing]."
Clara subsequently confirms to Pastor Cal she wouldn't be happy in her marriage to Ryan long-term if things stayed the same in the intimacy department.
When asked to reveal her thoughts on that clip, Clara shared, "Am I frustrated in the moment? A little bit, yeah, don't get me wrong."
"But I think I'm allowed to be frustrated in the moment. But I'm also a diva and everybody knows that! I've been like that my whole life," Clara continued with a laugh.
"But at the end of the day, is this something that is going to make or break my marriage? No."
Clara insisted the lack of sex in her marriage after the one-month mark wasn't negatively affecting her, although she appeared to be angry and hurt about Ryan's reluctance to take their relationship to the next level on multiple occasions.

"Because we haven't taken one final step does not mean we're not intimate," Clara clarified on Unfiltered.

"We are so raw and emotional and connected and on the same page that we are wildly intimate with each other."
Pastor Cal reasoned of the pair's relationship, "I don't think that they have a sexless marriage. If you guys can establish that kind of sexual intimacy outside of just intercourse, my God, we couldn't ask for any more than that!"
Clara also said she stands by her "10 out of 10" marriage rating, even after her discussion with Pastor Cal that may have opened her eyes a little bit to potential problems in her marriage.
"At this point in my marriage, yeah, I'm going to keep it at a 10 out of 10. For where we are, how long we have been together, what our minor issues are, yeah, I would say we're a 10 out of 10," Clara gushed.
Haley admitted she and husband Jacob Harder weren't communicating in their relationship as well as Ryan and Clara seemed to be.
"When I think about telling how I'm feeling, I usually hold it in because I try to think how the other person is going to feel when I give them news that they don't want to hear," Haley explained.
"So yeah, I would say I definitely hold things in more so than let them out."

"I think it's just kind of when we both feel the moment is right."
Ryan insisted he was trying to improve the intimacy in his marriage despite sex being off the table and only "time and getting to know each other" could bring him closer to Clara sexually.
"I think [Clara] has done a great job of expressing how she feels. If there's one thing that Clara doesn't do, she doesn't hide how she feels and she lets me know how she feels all the time," Ryan said.
"I feel like for me, personally, I had a good level or sense of her frustration, for sure."
Clara has gushed on Married at First Sight's twelfth season that her relationship with Ryan is the best one she's ever been in, however, she has expressed concern over Ryan never saying "I love you" to a woman before and whether her strong feelings for Ryan would ever be reciprocated.
"I don't want to rush it, but I don't want to be married to a man who can't say 'I love you' ever, ever, ever. That's not what I want in a marriage," Clara cried in a confessional.
