Mariah Carey's 'We Belong Together' tops the Billboard Hot 100 chart

Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" hit the top of the Billboard Hot 100 Thursday, her first No. 1 single since 2000 and 16th of her career.

Carey's tune also rose from No. 2 to No. 1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" fell to No. 2 after four weeks atop the Hot 100, but held on to No. 1 for a fifth week on the Billboard's Pop 100 chart.
Ciara's "Oh" featuring Ludacris and 50 Cent's "Just a Lil Bit" stayed firm at Nos. 3 and 4 on the Hot 100.
The Black Eyed Peas' "Don't Phunk With My Heart" moved up to No. 5 while "Hate It or Love It" by the Game featuring 50 Cent fell to No. 6.
Kelly Clarkson had two tunes in the Top 10 - "Behind these Hazel Eyes," which jumped from No. 18 to No. 7, and "Since U Been Gone," which fell to No. 8.
Will Smith's "Switch" and Rob Thomas' "Lonely No More" rounded out the Top 10 Hot 100 hits.
